My daughter, who passed in 2003, gave me a message on how to feel love, how to feel her who was indeed the love of my life. Those of us who have suffered the loss of our most precious ones are always “looking for them”. Seeing her in someone you pass in the airport, or hearing her laughter in a crowded room. I call it “finding Kimberly”. One day as I sat feeling overwhelmed by the grief, I heard her say, “Mom, when you send out the love with the same intensity with which you give it to me, Therein will you find me, Therein will I be.”💕

That's so beautiful...It's amazing how they can communicate with us. I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm relieved that you know that she is always near, and there with you at the mere thought of her. I lost my Mom at 30, and I get many signs from her that let me know she looks over me. The following summer after we lost my Mom to cancer, my sister lost her only son in a car accident while he was on holiday out of province with family. He had just turned 14. I had to find my sister, and tell her that he had passed. Years later, he communicated to me that there was no one else he wanted to give his Mom the news, but me. He then acknowledged how he realized how very difficult it would have been. He then thanked me, my young nephew long passed - who the psychic saw as a young man presenting in his early 30's. That's how old he would have been if he had lived. He actually thanked me, through the psychic, yet she didn't know a thing about our family history. I was from out of town - and she only knew my first name. It was incredible, and life changing. There is just so much in our Universe we don't understand, but amidst the hate I know there is love, and I know we still have a line of communication with those we love who are on the other side. If you go into something with fear, you will attract that energy. I love this! I think that is why high anxiety people attract so much negativity. I had a friend like this and her first reaction was always over the top. Her life was full of anxiety and stress. She was in a miserable relationship, surrounded by negative people but did nothing to change her situation. After a while, I had to leave the friendship. She was calling me regularly crying and it got to be too much. I am not the type to go straight to a fear reaction. Mostly, I am in awe of the unknown, occasionally creeped out but never am I flipping out and I’ve witnessed some creepy things. Nothing can hurt you, remember you are more powerful than any entity/ghost. ❤❤❤
What a great episode. Pet loss is devastating because of guilt we feel we could or should have done more ❤️🩹 missing my sweet bunny 🐰 today right before Easter. It’s going to be hard without seeing his happy self 😢
Thank you for answering so many about pets. I have seen so many signs from them and felt them on the bed, but I'm stuck in the grief. I lost 2 pets within 2 months and felt like each one was too young. I know they choose they're death timing before they even arrive, but I wasn't ready 😭😭.. I feel like it's changed my life. I've gotten new pets, but I still feel like I lost my purpose when I lost them. I keep praying for my true purpose.
I have an animal shelter in India, so I am not a stranger to the lost of the little darlings we feel so responsible for. If we meditate on the famous question "Who am I?," the feeling will often well up in us that there is only the Divine, not a zillion sources of responsibility, senses of purpose, etc. When we keep referring back to our limited sense of self, that's when our candle burns the lowest and our vibrational field attracts low thoughts and feelings. Suzanne and Sanaya have made it quite clear that our animals in Heaven are alive and well, carry with them a clear sense of you by their side, and that you will definitely see them when you pass. Live in the present and give your whole heart to the new little ones with you, knowing that time flies and nothing can separate you from your little loved ones. Practice stopping low thoughts from being your preoccupation. It's the worst habit of all!
I’m feeling so sorry for you. It’s the worst feeling - especially if they went too young/ early ( and if you had to make the decision to help them cross!) it’s so good to know they’re with you in spirit.. I still talk to mine but it took me a long time for that ache to go. I’m getting a ‘new’ dog soon and I still have 3 remaining cats… I hope that you’ll see that your new pets have come to you for a reason. They chose you too. Try and make sure that you love them wholeheartedly for themselves… so that when they eventually pass, you will not be left feeling guilty that you didn’t give all of yourself to them. ❤ They are all indeed angels without wings.
I have lost so many over the years, my last one December 2022, a 17 year old Man coon. I wish I could believe I will see them all again but I really struggle.

Interesting your answer on Pendulums, I use a crystal pendulum and pendulum board to talk to my spirit husband everyday for the last year, he speaks and answers questions like a normal person, I have had some long, deep and soulful conversations with him.

I still struggle with understanding why we choose to reincarnate when things are perfect on the other side. I've heard lots of different explanations and would love to hear what you say. It seems to have to do with evolution.
My understanding is that the sense of personal achievement and individual effort coming from meeting challenges gives us more ego satisfaction here. Those who are not into spirituality may significantly long for the mistaken sense of being in the driver's seat here and receiving acolades for personally solving challenges.
This is the hard school of soul growth..the emotional plane - or as Silvia Browne once said this is mental asylum of the universe..learn emotions for our souls growth
The reason is that our souls advance much faster when we reincarnate because of all the challenges we face in the physical world. Being human is hard. The challenges and how well we handle those challenges advances our souls. Our souls can still evolve on the other side but it happens at a much slower rate. Think of reincarnation as as exercise for the soul. If you were to walk the 26.2 miles of a marathon you wouldn’t have to train as intensely as you would if you ran a marathon. You’d get to the finish line by walking, but it would take much longer than if you ran it. Walking it would be more pleasant because you’d get to enjoy the scenery, chat with other friends walking with you, without the sweating, fatigue and the pain running (and training for) a marathon can cause. But you’ll be in far better better shape, and get to the reward of the finish line faster, having trained for and run a marathon, than the person who chose to walk it at a comfortable and leisurely pace 🙂
@Shawn Yeah, it makes no sense whatsoever. Like ok, I want to leave bliss and come to earth and be beaten and molested as a child for many years and be so traumatized that I live with PTSD and other physical and emotional problems my whole life. Or, I want to be in agonizing physical pain for 80 years... There are billions of other senarios but as an example, who in the hell would ever choose that or worse. Sorry, I don't buy it.
I too questioned this for some time and after a lot of reading I've finally come to the conclusion that it is for Universal growth and expansion. We are all one, an extension of source itself. So in order for source to experience growth and expansion it does so through us. We have the experience, here on Earth- this is our school to learn, grow and expand. And the main lesson is that it's all about Love ! We are here to love, learn to love, feel love, love unconditionally etc.. I had this download/realization one night as I was in a deep state of contemplation while gazing at the stars in the Mojave Desert. Meditate and all your questions will be revealed ✨ Love and light to you.
i heard a mathematician say that Love is the same as Gravity and i thought that is how it feels, like it holds you lovingly but also a law that can teach you to stay aware of where you are to navigate this world, wow...

I've been thinking the Ego is connected to the body to survive and that's why it's confusing and forceful sometimes. It seems the Ego can develop early from wounding - At 3 months my mothers milk dried up bc she was pregnant again. I sucked my thumb until I was 7 and never knew why. I was an angry kid with lots of self will. If the Ego is really just survival related then can we judge it as harshly as we do? - it keeps us alive which is the most important thing! I'm learning to love her for taking care of me when I didn't and don't know what to do sometimes...

My name is Chris and I was wondering about ego (but I am not the Chris asking Suzanne in this video). I feel ego is part of our lower or primal brain. The "animal" or "primal" brain that is concerned with survival. Somehow we may feel we won't have enough of something, and we have fear our needs won't be met. So the second brain becomes focused on the fears. Or, at least that is how or ego puts us at odds with feeling loved.
FWIW- re: pets. Suzanne gave me a reading shortly after my daughter passed and she connected with not only my daughter but our dog (who had passed 15 years previously) who my daughter brought with her. I wasn’t expecting it but suzanne got the dogs name right and everything! I felt them both!
