A very difficult video to watch! The cage floor is so dirty & only covered with dirty newspaper. The poor mother dog & her puppies.!! Please give them consideration & respect.

Lord, they are all soooo cute! I just love looking at them. Looks like Mama dog wanted more food. I love Jack Russell Terriers. Such sweet and perky dogs. The puppies are adorable.

You can see she is having problems. A bit of help and why a cage? I sat up with my foxy when she had pups. I spoke to her, rubbed her tummy and had to assist with one pup's delivery. Just seems cold. Is this a much loved pet or a business?

I am picking up my jack rat pup next month, she’s one of nine! This litter looks great, all moving and eating right after the birth. Winter did a good job cleaning them up and eating the placenta gave her the energy and nutrition she needed to recover and feed them all.

Actually, if you are going to do the tail docking, they did do it at the appropriate time... Later is Cruel, It is not a part of their spine at 3 days old... they can not stand on their own or walk even, nothing is fully developed, do your research 1st, please! Also, these dogs are VERY HIGH ENERGY, I have had one myself, I also had a dog that was such a happy boy, his tail would wag so much that he actually opened the tip and bled everywhere all the time! so, sometimes, it is a necessary thing to do, for the dog. I agree with the bottom of the cage, should have had a solid bottom, I believe this is not in the U.S. of America, so things are done differently in different cultures!!! I can only pray for the Mama, that it was a 1 and Done (NO MORE PUPS) and that the puppies go to good and loving, caring forever homes !!!!!!!! Otherwise, it is as someone else stated "A Puppy Mill" , which I truly hope it is not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TRULY HATE THE CRATING WITH NO CARDBOARD

The owner didn't help the mother dog at all !! In a cage? Shinning the light in the cage?? Why a cage? How come no warm blanket? Even when as pups...nursing on a cold floor? SHAME ON YOU!! You shouldn't own dogs!! The puppies need a blanket for warmth and something to give traction to them for learning to walk. I can't say enough bad things about the owner. The poor mother dog and her puppies!!

It has its purposes. I believe cropping ca cattle dogs is very different than your average home dog. If a cow steps on the cattle dogs tail it could be it's life.

Is this a puppy mill??? I hope not but seeing her in the cage with dirt and newspapers/carton floors makes me sad and think she is not being treating like she and her puppies deserve 😢. My JRT is 12 yo and we got him from a breeder that was legit. He is healthy and happy. He brought so much joy and love to our family, he is truly our family member. Can’t even think of losing him ever. ❤
How can you help the mama JRT in this situation? What should you feed her so she will have less discomfort? huhu I have a female JRT, I cannot watch her go thru this. We don't know the mama dog might become aggressive and hurt herself more if you disturb her...

I juz think JR's are a groovy breed. Never was a ' small dog ' lover. Having one drift into my life ... my mind is changed. !!. I cannot extol their attributes enuff to do 'em justice. Plans are for anr in early November ... This will be #3 (#2 was ' murdered in 2015 defending our lair by a Drug Addict - empathy for his disease NOT HIS ACTIONS). SO, we are patiently waiting for the time to pass ... baby proofing our Home, etc. Hoping #1 will not feel bypassed. He'll have a ton of reassurance coming his way... All very exciting !!!!
