It should def be considered 3rd partying. You’re actively ruining their heist without directly being brought into the rp scenario. Crims are criminals and rob and kill people but they still can’t just interfere with someone’s heist. Cops investigate and take down crims but they still shouldn’t be allowed to just interfere with someone’s heist using only the tiniest of breadcrumbs as rp reasoning. You’re actively forcing your way into a situation using blatant ooc knowledge that doesn’t involve you rp wise.

Thing is that dean trys to justify it ooc and in character, but even in character hes wrong, he never announced himself once when he entered the sewers and went through multiple doors.

Cops just go wherever they want. They need a rule that does not allow them to enter certain areas without probable cause. Just because vehicles are parked in a certain spot does not mean something is happening. Tow the boat and cars if it is illegally parked at most, definitely don't go snooping around because you know ooc it means a heist is going down. Yeah it means they basically have to play dumb at this point, but that is part of the job. If I was CG, I would park a boat there every second that I could just to annoy them.
In 3.0, they had to make a rule not to camp the vault because the power would go out to the city and cops would rush to the vault lol
They had to do that with the sewers. The cops kept going down there and messing up what the sewers were meant to be in the first place. So they had to be told that it was illegal for cops to go down there for them to stop lol.

Well lets be honest it 100% benefits him as a streamer to be this way. The more drama he causes the more clips are made about him, the more reddit threads are posted and the more viewers hop to his stream. If there is zero consequences in game for him as a cop, and it doubles/triples his view count it only encourages him to do stuff like this.

If you didn't watch Dean in 3.0, this is classic Dean. Nothing about this surprises me. He was also toxic AF when he was in MDM and with the way he used to talk to viewers that didn't glaze him. While meanwhile on his cop character it also always was a constant shitshow. Even in MDM when he was demoted he kept acting like he was the leader. He's weird AF
Yeah, Dean really reached hard for this. Of course, if you really try, every single heist can be stopped or caught. But suspension of investigations is to allow RP to flow, especially when heists are still in the baby steps. If you go down hard, you shut down heists before they start and all the devs work is wasted, no progression, RP dries up.
Its funny how even in his chat when hes explaining it was because of the guy running, almost everyone is saying it doesn't make sense and its a reach. Of course cops aren't gonna see any sort of heat for ruining heists for criminals after a week

all i can say is they have SOP for the maze bank if they see something suspicious they need to watch all the exit and go to the bank scout inside if theres no one inside or no one responded they are clear to check the bank including the sewers, if someone responded thats when you negotiate to the robbers if they have hostage, it is very clear that you dont do shit until the area is clear i still dont know why denzel isnt getting dap for the shit hes been doing, his lifted car which isnt allowed anymore

Ok, Dean. The suspicion made no sense but neither does a cop going alone like some movie private detective inside a bank.. Who even buys that almost all of cops have seen that there is alarms to be tripped and why would a cop do that and go away. Im gonna be honest i only watched half of 3.0, but ive been watching since the beginning of 4.0, and these cops are mega W chasing this wipe for no fucking reason. Somebody has to start controlling them because there is no way the crims are enjoying anything about how the rp feels rn
started watching this instead of tv shows around 6 years ago. before that i watched a little armas fishers island, pretty much the same there long maddening cop play for a while than it gets evened out and becomes fun again. Still better than tv even when the bull crap is going on. Me i am just amazed at how talented most of these people are.

2:24 - imo this shouldn't be the excuse for crims (or anyone) to expect cops not following up on weird stuff happening. If the cop sees smth and reacts to it as he would - what is the problem? RP is about RP, meaning there should be no "be a little easy on us to give us time and figure out the heist mechanics". Does not matter if it is a heist, a race, an illegal horse racing betting ring or smth else. If the cops did not meta in the moment - they should be able to do as they want. Now, there is a problem of "subconcious meta" people run into, where they use meta info "not intentionally", but the knowledge alters their reaction. But that's the whole another thing. Paired with what cops should be allowed/limited to do upon encountering "weird shenanigans" (i.e. not running through random doors with no warrants or other reasons).
its a quiet heist unless they actually see someone enter the building it shouldn't raise suspicions cops literally could meta every situation hard their rp is based around not using meta information even though its everywhere, lets say he did have reasonable suspicion that the bank was being robbed, why is he entering the bank ALONE his not even a senior officer to be making these calls its insane. In what rp situation has any cop entered a heist alone that was being robbed.

The reaction being the consequence of him just knowing meta "subconciously" altering the reaction. Because i've never seen a cop seeing somebody run on road near a bank or casino (even in 3.0) instantly react to it as if they are robbing stufff. My comment more relates to LKs words at the timing mentioned, as i felt like he implied "since the heist is new give us time".
So basically if the cops can tell that the car/situation wasn't parked/caused by a local then they have "reasonable/suspicion" to meta game. Okay/Gotcha 🤡👉💨🤯

the whole point of it is a silent heist, theres still an alarm system that plays if the crims mess up now its a different story when a rogue police officer enters the bank alone climbing a ladder full of lasers, you cant make that make sense. cops dont need to be involved in everything especially when the heist difficulty is this hard adding cops waiting and bugging you outside and holding hostages for 50+ mins would make it actually impossible he shouldve never entered.
