  • Your method of drilling the frame with a drill instead of a magnet turned out to be a good one. We have magnetic machines TITAN (22 kg, 1600 W, 350 rpm) and BOCH (18 kg, 1500 W, 0-500 rpm). The drill drills using your method 2-3 times faster than the machine, you need to make a structure for pressing the drill. We have a hydraulic clamp, we rivet the rivets without heating, everything else is pretty much the same as yours. You also have an excellent bending machine. We have a rotating beam - it is complex, not reliable, and requires many precise adjustments to the sheet thickness and bending radius. Good luck to you in your work. If you use some of the cheapest Chinese tools, your productivity will increase significantly. Attach handles to your chisels and guides to protect your hands.
