I can’t believe that tax man did you dirty like that ! He legit took no ownership of his wrongdoings in the situation and his customer service skills are seriously lacking for owning his own tax biz basically. Like he didn’t tell you bout the surgery but when you basically said it wasn’t your fault and he went “well I’m not going to broadcast it!” But everyone around you knew like ??? Sir you already did broadcast it I JUST MISSED THE MEMO. Like damn I would not go back to him. You are 1000% not in the wrong here, I’d be as mad as you are. My brother and I just used H&R Block for the first time this year and our experience was amazing !!! I will def be going back to our tax consultant next year. I think with H&R you just need to find a good consultant

With your tax guy: I wonder if he forgot to mention it to you and he had a hard time admitting his error. If he had surgery he might have been sleeping while you were getting a hold of him. That's definitely frustrating for sure! Maybe give him some grace and see how he does next year. Love your channel!💐
Happy Anniversary!! You are my favorite budgeter. About the tax payer situation, I would’ve been hot about the inconvenience. Had he told you about the surgery prior to you coming (and you are an hour away from him) you could’ve went about meeting him differently but you did all that you could with the information you had. I’m funny about my money especially if I’m paying for a service. I don’t think you did anything wrong.
I’ve used H&R Block for a few years now and I love it. Very professional and helpful in my opinion.

Happy anniversary!!! Please DO NOT USE HR Block. They messed up a friend of mine taxes. She is a single mom and they wouldn't fix the mistake and she ended up paying thousands to get on track. I used to go to them too and after that incident with my friend I never went back to them.

H & R Block is expensive. I was gonna say that your tax man may need to be replaced for being unprofessional. However, if this is the first time he has behaved this way, I'd give him grace.

Something similar happened to me. My tax guy over charged me and instead of giving me a complete refund he was not apologetic but he gave a partial refund but he didn't do it right then his excuse was he went to Jamaica mind you he didn't say nothing about going out of town. I was like well when can I expect my refund. He didn't respond but sent it the next day. My tax guy was referred by family but he is not professional at all and uses every excuse in the book. We might have the same tax guy lol

Yes it’s in her shop it’s called a cash wallet but the envelopes are sold separately. She has so many beautiful styles to choose from. The cash envelopes get activated in the shop on the 21st until the 22nd during the 4 day sale then they will be deactivated again.

He should have canceled the appointments. How is he going to do the other someone else’s taxes if he is so much pain . He had enough strength to take the medication and finally answer your call . Hope he isn’t shady . Tax season , new flava of the year , scamming folks , be careful.
As a prior H&R Block tax professional, there prices are very competitive. However other tax offices may have more opportunity to reduce pricing as needed. I think your tax person should have advised you the day before of his recovery and made other arrangements. Maybe you can go to some local tax offices and interview them for possible changing for next year. I get that all the time.
