Spurs have won 1 cup this century and last won the league back in black and white footage times when Danny Blanchflower was playing for the club. Its a club with history (v v ancient history), but no more history than a Newcastle or a Wolves at this point. I mean, Villa and Forrest have both won the European Cup since Spurs last won a league.

Lucas Moura scores a hattrick in to put us in the Champions League final, and then Poch BENCH HIM and puts on an UNFIT Harry Kane in the final, it was our biggest disgrace ever.
I also think the same... No matter how great a player is but lucus won us the game he shouldn't benched him.. he could have use Harry as a sub for 30 minutes as an attacking option but benched lucus after that performance that's utter disgrace...

Our comebacks don't exactly rid the 'Spursy' tag. Mentally speaking, with a 0-0 score, it's tougher to execute a gameplan on the pitch. Once the other team has the lead, and time is running out, everything goes out the window. The players are essentially free. 'Go for it - there is nothing to lose'. I'm not saying that's easy, because it still takes character, but champions don't freeze up in the first instance, and only get going when they are out of options.
The Ajax game was strange, as we started well and never should have been two down. Their goals were a bit out of nothing too, rather than well worked or deserved.
