  • Vanaspati for mixing the dough and Refined Palm oil for frying. Both are health hazard. Since these are cheaper than other oils, all commercial food shops use this to make more profit..

    • I remember when I was a kid Egg size was quite big. Two eggs was enough for an omlette but now they have shrunk Egg size. Now minimum 3 eggs are needed for an omlette.

  • Everything looks good, structured process etc, however the workers who are manually doing the preparation of samosas are not wearing gloves. This is the basic fundamental thing missing if the standards to be followed for any certifications etc for the factory from a hygiene point of view and this awareness is important especially post COVID. Thank you

    • It is deep fried so any chance of virus and bacteria in null. In America they just put stuff in burgers to eat so it's best to use gloves. Still many indian street foods need gloves for same reason.

  • No safety protocols followed, oil container kept right next to the frier, proper ppt given to the staff, hand gloves used is a cloth one, no frier blanket in the production area, staff with slippers, and a lot more which I noticed in this short video.

    • What vegetables? - the samosas were just packed with potatoes with a sprinkle of peanuts and spices. Health and hygiene is not an issue - it just doesn't exist.
