I lost my first son of pneumonia and was accused of killing him by his abusive father. I hope she will get through this pain and suffering cause losing a child is a pain that no one could imagine. I'm praying she will get through this pain without going back to the drugs. I hope he will get what he deserves, and she heals. Being a drug addict doesn't make you a killer or a bad person just sick.

How the courts can allow a man unsupervised visits with a child conceived via a SA is crazy! But if I was ever SA by a man I would NEVER try to get support because all that does is open the door to visitation rights and how on earth could you trust someone with your child knowing what they are already capable of!

    • In itself, no. She is quite good at playing the victim, though, when she's not. The first I heard Corey's story was on a podcast where the host had spoken to Breanna. That podcast would have you believe she became pregnant due to an assault, dad had nothing to do with the child until mom went for child support. Dad then sought visitation (maybe partial custody? Don't remember. But according to breanna he ended up at least getting visitation). Abuse started/happened during visitation. In another story she claims the child support thing came about due to her applying for welfare. Unlike she seemingly would have people believe, she lost custody to dad at some point due to drugs. Seems to me she is a liar and loser

I knew nothing of this case, haven't watched or listened to the first thing about it and the only thing I have watched so far is her testimony. By listening to her testimony, I was under the impression she has been a drug addict and lost custody because of it. She seems pretty straight forward to me. It doesn't seem like she's trying to hide that fact, she admitted she's had a problem with drug addiction. What more would you want from her?

I hope all of those who cast judgement, don’t drink alcohol, or take prescription medications, or have a shopping addiction, or gambling. Because those things can have negative effects on children. She also claims that her son was born from an assault a sexual assault perpetrated by the defendant. If that isn't a traumatic enough for a person to understandably fall into a drug addiction, I don't know what is. • Thank you! I kept thinking that surely children aren't supposed to use treadmills, and surely there's some kind of documentation or rules or something. That sets a pretty well-defined guideline, imho, and as the father of that little boy, the defendant had the duty of care to ASK the child's pediatrician is this okay or safe to start him on a physical exercise program that includes the use of a treadmill. I know I would. Before my kids could start basketball, baseball, football, etc they had to have a thorough check up and authorization from the doctor that they were physically capable and able to play said sport. They should be able to charge the father just on that, because even adults are advised to see their doctor before starting any physical fitness program.

  • I think if these Court TV commentators are going to have discussions regarding the case and testimony they should have their facts correct before they speak. This child did not die at the 2nd hospital that his mother took him to. She took him to the first hospital who then wanted to transport him to the second hospital. She opted to drive him herself to the second one because the child's father was BLOWING UP her phone harassing her via text because she was late dropping off the child at his house. She drove the child to THE FATHERS house the next morning. He then texted her that afternoon and asked for the child's insurance card because the child was lethargic. He then took him to a hospital, and refused to tell the mother what hospital he took him to. The child passed away at the hospital where is father took him. That FATHER DIDN'T even the decency to call the mother to tell her their son had passed away. THE POLICE knocked on her door that afternoon and THAT is how she was informed her child died. This was all in her testimony on Direct examination YESTERDAY! And his harassing text messages were read aloud in court during her testimony. Court TV, DO BETTER and get your facts straight! Shame on you!
