Here we inspect and find the possible problem, worn linkage. 19 year old zero turn, can it be saved?

Just drill it out to a "3/8", and put a larger bolt in it.

That is what I did eventually do with the shaft. But the holes in the levers were close to a half inch already. So they needed to be repaired.

I did that and now the handles won’t line up and left side barely reverses. It make no sense.

@@JonDomke after this video I mowed a couple times, then the bell crank broke on tbe right side. That is part of the linkage. Video coming soon. It sounds like your holes are not at the right place in your handles.
