This has been my very thought for the past 30 + hours! Absolutely mesmerizing, true reflection of worship for the Most High.
Thank you so much for this word. I give credence to everything that you've just said. 2 years ago, the Lord personally instructed me to start observing the Sabbath day and keeping it holy. When I started yielding to the instruction, I noticed that adhering to it was not only about consencrating myself for worshipping God but it was also beneficial for me. At work, I noticed supernatural breakthroughs in my productivity. Also, I achieved the fitness goals that I had been praying to God for (for so many years). Yet I couldn't achieve them when I used to run for all the 7 days that we have in a week.
Powerful, much needed word.
