This is an pneumatic powerhammer and a 10 ton hydraulic forge press in one unit. Because it is in one unit it is very fast to switch from machine to machine and it saves a lot of space which is a big deal since I don’t have the biggest area to forge in. The hydraulic press is driven by the same hydraulic motor as my other press I build 2 years ago and the powerhammer is driven by a big 300 liter air compressor.
Awesome. It’s cool to see a 2 in one machine that’s more powerful and more compact than most individual homemade power hammers or presses
Your dad's one of the good ones you should give him a hug
Hey can you maybe make another video going over the hydrauluc side of things which oroducts you use, the hosing set up, power requirements etc. Its entirely uknown and i think its really important fir people like me who have bought the plans and cant make sense of the diagram.
You continue to impress! Thank you for sharing.
Love the foosball table work bench. You guys are doing great work, keep it up 👍
As a retired field mechanic/welder fab work, you did a fantastic awesome job building this press/hammer.
Amazing build. Well done 👍🏼
Wow that is absolutely genius design. I love it and would definitely build one myself if I could.
Excellent idea fellas!
You owe your dad a beer or two for that! What a crazy idea but so useful and compact have 2in1, well done!
What en excellent idea! But the foosball welding table is better!!
That is AWSOME!
I'm loving the welding table made out of a foosball table.
love it you draw it in soldiworks nice work man
Nice build, but there is no reason to use such thick metal if you aren't going to bevel it in preparation of welding! You are just putting a small weld on top of the metal, this thing WILL break the welds as they are currently executed.
True engineering machine right there
Nice press /hammer. Little question can you tell us how much did the parts costs?
congratulations beautiful video .. I'm realizing it too ... what kind of electronics did you use for the jackhammer? exists on the market?
thank you mr joe
Subbed Thx for sharing J
Good job. What was the timer you used for the pneumatics?
Can the press be made 20 ton. Great. the size of my shop.
Den er sgu meget fed
Cool soundtrack too! What's the name of the song at 4:00?
Nice build, didn't understand how the controls work on the power hammer... r u manually hitting a switch to a timer box?
Based on the scene from 8:32, I think there's a pneumatic foot pedal at the base of the hammer. These types of homemade pneumatic hammers have a foot pedal that acts as the treadle for the hammer. And judging from his movements, the way the hammer stops when he steps away a little, and the fact that there are no hands anywhere near the timer box, it has to be a foot pedal. If you want to learn a bit more, I recommend checking out the powrr hammer videos made by Joshua De Lisle. They're essentially the same concept as this one, only his is a bit more simplified.
عمل يستحق المشاهدة ويستحق الإعجاب😘👍
part 2 for the sword ??
i recently bought the plans but i dont understand how the air fittings will allow for both parts to funtion at the same time
How much was this build?
What a great machine. Very impressive.
Just seen ya today. Very 😎
Where all foosball tables eventually wind up.
loooolllll thx daddy for the machine ....
How much you sell those plant?
Dude you stole my idea lol ! It turned out awesome guys nice work.
How much bro I gotta have one
please list the pnematic parts
Proprietary.
Can you please give an idea of cost??
For the whole build i mean? Thanx
Ask dad if he will build it again and send it to Oregon. Just get me a $
If you are serious about wanting to order one similar to this one. Please send a mail to sales@gentilblacksmithing.dk
Would have been much more efficient if you had a lot heavier anvil, like a 1 to 15 ratio...
Bisa pesan bos
I purchased in India please tale me in Indian rupees
