Brian is driving around looking for a place to park when he finally finds an empty spot. As he gets out of his car and starts walking towards his destination, he is approached by a lady in the parking lot. She claims that Brian is on private property and is not allowed to park there. However, the signs clearly state that he is indeed allowed to park, so Brian stands his ground. Then when she decides to call the police, Officer Kyle Jacobs must somehow figure out how to contain another crazy Karen running amok in Mango Park.
