The energy is sooo different is almost tangible between the latin americans and the europeans lol that team Mexico-Brazil was pretty dope, I was laughing the whole time, more of Julia and Dafne pleaseeeeee.
the energy is only different for people without much knowledge (usually the ones who believe more in stereotypes than reality). at first you have to learn that the loudest football fans measured were in Turkey (world record: 131 decibel 2011). the loudest stations worldwide are like Westfalen Stadion/Borussia Dortmund (Germany), Anfield (England), Napoli (Italy), Besiktas (Turkey), Galatasaray (Turkey). In the 90ties it was mostly Germany, UK, Eastern Europe/Italy. The most organized fans are usually Central Europe and its neighbors (for obvious reasons). You also still have to learn that energy is not like energy. While it is true that most Latin Americans have a more dynamic/emotional communication this is not true for every latin based culture AND it is not true if you compare it for instance from another perspective. A party in Berlin for instance continues often while whole Latin America/Individuals are already sleeping. Similar is regarding the general energy of action: while usually Latin Americans rest a lot, Germans (and liked minded cultures around) are still wandering around, do something, wanting more actions and so on. You have here a typical case of different dynamics and energy. And usual techno parties or similar stuff is WAY louder and more dynamic than anything you get in Latin America. One could compare Octobefest like atmospheres with Latin America but the dynamic is different.
Europeans are very different from us , our familiy values, we are more old fashioned, but very happy and outgoing

For example, I found many Guatemalans a bit reserved and suspicious of strangers approaching them, especially if they don't look like one of them, whereas I met Spaniards from Malaga who are loud and boisterous, ready to have a good time.

I was always confused about this. So like technically people from Quebec are Latin American. It's sounds bizarre but it's technically true, considering French like Italian like Spanish like Portuguese is a Latin derived language (Romance languages) and so any country that speaks French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and even Romanian in the Americas is considered Latin American. So technically Quebec isn't a country but a state of Canada, however Haiti and French Guiana are countries but yeah they are not what you typically consider Latin American. You also have Hispanic America but that doesn't include Brazil and only includes Spanish speaking countries in the Americas. It's kind of a complicated topic when people talk about Latin America. A Mexican definitely considers themselves Latino but would a French Guianan or a Haitian consider themselves Latino? Also is there such thing as Latin Africa?
The word is Latin.@@AnonTriple. Not so much about the people. It was really Rome´s fault. Their power influenced Europe so much that no one could tell the difference. Just consider the Latin language. Not Castillian, pure French, or any pure language. Just the original Latin language. Most European countries had their own languages until they got mixed up with the Latin language -- spread by the Romans.
Wow, I'm shocked by all the comments here. You know that you don't have to denigrate one culture to promote another?? I'm French with immigrants parent and I have traveled to each of the countries in this interview and I loved all of them. But you still have to leave your country Aka confort zone to understand and appreciate other cultures and not be closed-minded by saying that one attitude is better than another. One thing is certain is that maybe we (French) are cold, that we stink because we never wash (the gullible) 😂 and that we are just good at being in a funeral but at least we travel, we want to discover the others cultures and we love them, because I have never heard French backpacker people say bad things about South America, and we absolutely accept all nationalities with their qualities and faults on our territory. To the wise... And for the 6 girls in this interview, thank you all, you are amazing. ❤🌸
@@laylavereint7034 Thanks, it feels good among all the other hateful comments. I would have liked to answer in Spanish but my English or Portuguese is much better jajaja.. What bothered me was this judgment on the 3 girls from Europe and making a generalization of it. While they are adorable and very interesting in this interview. A commentator who says a wrong thing and everyone who blindly validates without even knowing the culture of the country. And also just because a girl from a country seems more shy or reserved so the entire population of this same country of more than 40 million inhabitants is like that, it's nonsense!! while I'm sure that none of these commentators have ever came to Europe to say this kind of thing. But I think you're right, history plays a role in this animosity and you have to be interested about it and also about geopolitics of your country and other countries because we often realize that the population has nothing to do with all this. For me, we are only dependent on our leaders who do bad things but that doesn't represent us. They already trying to divided us enough as it is between religions, politics and wars so it's better to meet others than to judge and denigrate them without even bothering to talk to them. So to all the other who judge without knowing just don't be afraid, go traveling, meet amazing new friend, be disappointed sometimes but hey... it's what we call life.

@@unxylene And again, I have no interest in defending France. Latin is not a race it is a community of languages the majority of French people are of Celtic origin with Germanic contributions but the genetic predominance is Celtic (according to a recent genetic study)
Nô the recent genetic studies have shown that most of french genetics dates back from the pre-celtic people that lived here before the arrival of Gauls. Those pre celtic populations had roots mostly in the farmers that populated europe and the mediterranean from the near east during neolithic, about 9000 years ago. 60% of french genepool comes from those neolithic tribes from the near east. In Spain it is more likely 80%, in Sardinia almost 100%, while in northern Europe, from Germany to scandinavia this component is lower, around 20 to 40% only. Anyway, « latin » refers to linguistic and cultural heritage, not to genes nor « racial » categories.

I think for France they're basing their advices on old stereotypes because France is NOT only metropolitan France. France have overseas territories were the ambiance is litterally the same as Latin american one and they are starting to have more influence on Metropolitan France since a couple of year. Furthermore, in France they have a lot of events were you can hear Soca, Bouyon, Shatta and Zouk Musics which mostly came from the French overseas. Also the French girl said that French people are colder but I think it's more true for the old people, the younger one are really outgoing and warmer.
I meet many young French people here in Canada, definetly not even close to being warm like latin Americans but still slightly warmer and nicer than Canadians in general.
I believe the correct title for the video is America vs Europe! Because they are all Latin!

@@otohime8516 no, wtf are you talking about...? What makes a person a Latino? (i want to leave this here because of the ignorance that exists) Latin language comes from Rome.. Vulgar Latin and Classic Latin formed Romance Languages.
Além é claro, do italiano e romeno. Então as 6 são "latinas".
As an Italian, the thing the man has to pay at the date isn't that usual...as the French girl said, it's much more usual to go half/half. If it goes on with more dates or so, it's possible if both are ok with it that just the boy pays, but it's rather unusual nowadays that people who starts dating are gonna go like that...
Italian, spanish and french are latin. The other three girls are latin american is different
To be honest, I think there is a lot of similarities between Latin América and Southern Europe. Much more in common than differences. The North Europe (germany, Netherlands, UK, Scandinavia...) is The one which is very different.
Of course there is. Southern Europeans are the original latins. South American are descent of latins. The notion of "latino" as something peculiar and exclusive of south americans is an american invention.
somehow I feel unattractive as a German now
But France is not in southern Europe it’s western Europe with a southern part. Germany aren’t north Europe but western too with a northern part. Northern Europe are Nordic countries.

I see people going completely off tangent while comparing the energies between the two different groups, criticising either the country, language, origin, culture, or influence. But you seem to forget that people in the same family have different personalities. How can you expect people in the same country of more than 10 million people to have the same personality?? My point is that the French and Italian girls are introverts. Pick French and Italian extroverts and see how the dynamic completely changes. Same thing applies for the Brazilian and Mexican counterpart. Pick two introverts and let's see if the energy remains the same. Hope this helps people who are generalising for stupid reasons.
It is weird that south americans ("latinos") are presented as something opposed of southern europeans like french, italian and spaniards. In fact, ALL OF THEM ARE LATINS. South americans are mostly descents of south europeans, that´s why they are so similar. If you remove the flags, could you point who is south american and who is european?
Yeah I could tell without the flags except for the Brazilian because she is white
Our cultures are different in so many levels 👀 As a Brazilian I can say the influence of Portugal stopped right when the colonization ended so everything that happens from here is totally new and independent of european culture, some authors called Brazilians of a new race and culture creation because of all the miscegenation that happened. *Also nowadays Brazil is the one that influence all the countries that speaks Portuguese.* And as the social agendas are constantly growing in Brazil and all the xenophobia Brazilians are suffering in Portugal, we don't see them with good eyes. I guess Portugal and Argentina are the only countries that really don't like Brasil 😂 but this don't affect us in nothing since we're the big one (literally)
I would marry the brazilian one without any hesitation (I'm french btw)
In argentina we DO split the bill or I invite once and then other one invites the next time and so

The title is wrong because Argentina, Mexico and Brazil are American since these countries are within the American continent. On the other hand, France, Italy and Spain, if they are Latin, derive directly from the Latin that developed in Europe. The titles must be American vs European if qualified by continent. What is this eupereo? is europeo, It seems that the creator of the video does not bother to find out how to spell it correctly.

You are right but the majority of people will see the title. "Americans" and will automatically think they mean the USA, so that will make it more confusing for them. so the title is okay like this.
Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Spain are actually pretty similar. Maybe Mexico and France are a little bit different, anyway you wont even notice it.
In Europe, your concern are pickpockets, someone grab your phone or purse and and run, things like that. In Latin America, we have those too, maybe a little more, but that's not the difference. Here, a robber many times has a gun, a knife or intimidades physically the victim to take everything, and you may get hurt or die as the result of the approach. That's why we don't consider Europe dangerous...
In Europe there are life threatening concerns too. Of course less than in Latin America, but that’s not very complicated.
