5'6" Anthony Height Records the HIGHEST Jump EVER!

2021 ж. 21 Қыр.
6 833 497 Рет қаралды

5'6" Anthony Height set the Dunkademics record with a jump that lasted one full second (60 frames). For reference: Daniel Kabeya and Guy Oliver recorded jumps that were 58 frames.
New Williams took the crown for touching the highest (12 feet)
Shoutout @VENICEBALL for putting on the dope event!

  • that 5'6" guy technically jumps the highest in terms of body height to actual height jumped. He won't be having 8" reach on that body either so the fact he was able to get into the 12' section is ridiculous.

  • Vert Shock is a total game changer! I went from barely touching the rim to throwing down dunks in just a few weeks. You can find it here while it's still available: kzhead.info/sun/i7eweMeQp6l6Y6c/bejne.html To anyone who wants to increase his vertical jump as well: - Focus on exercises that target the muscles used in jumping, such as squats, lunges, calf raises, and deadlifts. Building strength in your legs and core is essential for improving your vertical jump. - Incorporate plyometric exercises like jump squats, box jumps, and bounding into your workout routine. These exercises help improve explosive power and quickness, which are crucial for jumping higher. - Pay attention to your jumping technique. Practice proper form, including arm swing, knee bend, and landing mechanics, to maximize your jumping efficiency and reduce the risk of injury. See you guys when you reached your vertical jump goals!

This competition or test measures the highest vertical point a jumping person can reach but it can also be used to measure the height of the jump by knowing the length of the body from the sole of the feet to the tip of the finger. So: Height of the target - Length of the body = Height of the jump The winner is definitely the 5'6" guy
