If this was his first time ever training MMA. He honestly doesnt look that bad. You can tell hes probably been practicing behind the scenes. Just by the way hes holding his hands, and throwing snapping the jab. Exploding off his back leg/foot. Even the following Rear Roundhouse Low Kick looked decent. Looks like he turning the hip over on the kick. Notice he brings his leg back after throwing. Same with the jab. I can tell he has been really studying Mark Kerr's fights. The way hes holding his hands and delivers the low kick. Besides the fact Mark fought Southpaw and hes using a Orthodox stance. Hes getting Mark Kerrs mechanics down pretty good. See how he uses the stomp kick. Also the way he was holding the dudes foot and emphasizing torquing the ankle. These where all sequences seen in Kerr's fights. The Rock is very passionate and works his ass off. So i expect this to be an amazing movie. I cant wait.
