A lot of people truly don’t give Namjoon his props or enough love. His love for music was the start of this group and BTS would honestly be very different without their leader. His passion for sound, for lyrics and giving back the amount of love the boys give to him is what makes all of this work. Everyone in BTS brings something to the table and that should never be looked at another way, these guys are incredibly special.

Its natural that each member puts their best to put the final song on the table , in the process and its not ok to compare their contribution. But nonetheless its very very noticeable that RM holds the backbone to most of their creations and works, and all other members do acknowledge that which is precious.

I admire everyone’s role or what they bring to this group, they all are extremely talented and care for each other. That’s what makes this all work. He inspire me everyday. Their music evolved with them and as a person who grew up listening to them since high school (2013) , i'd say there is no growing out of BTS,even after i've grown out of K-pop.

Namjoon is such an inspiration to me. He is smart, intelligent, genuine and very thoughtful. And also he is an amazing leader. I'm three years older than Namjoon however, there are so many things I learn from him and I respect him and the other 6 boys a lot.
I'm 52 and a baby ARMY. And, Namjoon has inspired me just this morning. I am also learning from him and the other members. They are all simply amazing human beings.

Namjoon is really my first reason why i became an army. The first time i saw bts perform my eyes and heart caught namjoon. The way he performs and how passionate his actions are really overwhelming. Joonie is born to be part of bts. 💜

solo stans are trash. All of the boys say all 7 of them deserve the love, not just one. All 7 form BTS, not just the handsome one, or the one with the abs.. or whatever.. BTS is 7 not 1.

Honestly, sometimes I think Namjoon is kinda underrated. Many people don't know that he is the guy who wrote almost all of BTS' songs alongside the producers and sometimes also with the rap line (Suga and Jhope). He is a lyric genius and a very hardworking person. As in May 2021, He has 172 KOMCA (Korean Music Copyright Association) credits that makes him fourth youngest most credited songwriter in KOMCA history. He also always helps the members in writing with their own solo songs too. He is truly a great leader.

RM's lyrics are the reason why I got into BTS at first, they are beautiful but so relatable. As Jimin said, you can actually picture the image he's describing as you listen/read them, he's a genius.
I used to worry about him being underappreciated but now i realised it doesn't matter if he has low fan base he's still the best. That don't mean he doesn't have those who appreciate his hard work, talent visuals, intelligence and leadership skills. We are here even if we are few for him it's enough he even said it one time.

Love that some credit was given to Sleepy. Without him seeing RM's genius, and introducing him to BigHit, there would be no BTS today.
Namjoon has also given credit and spoke highly about black rappers like Nas and Jayz and some old school rappers for inspiring him to start rapping he said it was another reason for him to learn English to fully understand his idols.
Yea that was the only critique I had about this was that they didn’t include the real hip hop legends that inspired him.

Hearing Namjoon rap in 2014 was what drew me more into BTS. He was my bias and still is my bias wrecker.
