Can you make a video about knees making sounds ? 🙈 Like Should you be worried? Can you so anything about it ? How should you think around it ? Anything to be careful with ? Different sound ? What research says and so on ! Thank you !
Not directly related to this video but I thought I saw a few other video's on this channel regarding hip replacement. Does anyone know of anyone personally who has successfully went back to training Martial Arts (like specifically Muay Thai or Jiu Jitsu) after a total hip replacement? Of course, I know that there would be a period of recovery and rehab first but I'm curious because I'm likely going to have, to have one of my hip's replaced but would still like to return to Muay Thai and possibly Jiu Jitsu afterwards. Again, of course, after recovery etc. listening to my body, etc. Any thoughts or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. I currently can't really train or not "fully" because my hip is such a painful mess.
Wow what a wonderful video. It would be great if you could create a mobile app for all this routine. Nice video bro
Is Meniscus tear is cured without surgery with these exercises ,plz tell me sir
I had a discoid meniscus resectioned when I was 19 yrs old ... the result was a-b-y-s-m-a-l ... the result was pain and dysfunction ... I have been reminded everyday of my life, since the day of the surgery, with pain
Some people may not understand how golden this information is, many are charging good money to simply structure workouts with everything shown here, with this video it's pretty simple to structure your own program FREE of charge.
I was literally about to pay for a similar program for 50/month until I saw this. Now I’m not gonna say that the 50/month would be a waste of money but this content here might be enough for me to fully recover from my lateral meniscus tear I’m recovering from 👏🏾
@@umaodihirin5879 definitely give this a try, hope you fully recover, good luck
@@umaodihirin5879 How is it going?
@@umaodihirin5879 are you doing this exercise regularly and get better?
@@arunasubramaniam3814 OH YES. Tore my lateral meniscus about 5 months ago and I’m back to pretty much all physical activities I was doing before. Ofc the knee I hurt doesn’t feel as perfect as the one I didn’t hurt but hey, I can bend my knee without pain now 🙏🏾
I had a knee injury during my runs last year... I always do workouts and started focusing more on my right leg/knee. Was everything ok and progressing till a couple of months ago, I'm not really sure how and when but pain came back and a lot worse. Really pissed me off as I was at least one month without able to run due the pain. Meanwhile was doing small and light exercises focusing on that knee. Long story short, this video ,... And listen clearly everyone out there with the same problems, is THE BEST ONE EVER YOU WILL FIND!. The content is just pure gold, and the quality and dedication is incomparable. By the way, I'm 48 yo, running and exercise addict, this is my first time ever with knee problems, and I looking forward to get well without surgery. I deeply believe on the ability of body to heal itself, with dedication and strength. Good luck to everyone and to the creator, thanks so so much. Best of luck Thanks
stay positive
Thanks bro
I'm going through the same thing right now. Stay strong and keep up the rehab. It does get better
I'm dancing with the pain.. I'm not able to stand or walk properly...I'm 18yrs old only... I get pissed off! Anddddd I really hope this video helps me
Hi, which type of meniscus tear you had ? I have bucket handle and wondering if possible to recover by exercise ?
Believe me, It’s the best video so far on youtube. I have gone through unlimited videos related to knee pain. Kudos to creator. You have done awesome work brother.
This video pretty much combines every exercise I've done in PT with some KOT, and puts it into an easy to follow program.. What an amazing resource.
Always high-quality, informative videos from you all. Thank you! These productions will certainly help people for years to come.
Thank you so much for this detailed video! I have been struggling with this for many many years and no one has ever given me the information as detailed as you have. Thank you!!
Tony, this is the very best content I have seen showing research, progression and clarity of instruction. Recommended to my friends. You are the ‘gold standard’! Thank you for creating this content.
Your content has been carrying me through my caseload as a new grad physio and I couldn't help but drop a tip. You guys are the best of the best. Incredible content quality backed up with the best available research. Rather drop my $$ on you guys than any other course/website. Thanks!!!
this is the best video on youtube for help with meniscus tears and knee health in general. thank you so much my friend ❤ i have a meniscus tear since past few months and it recently got worse because i shifted my focus from these rehab exercises to gym workout. I wish to try my best for natural recovery and hope I am able to get back to having a healthy active lifestyle. 🙏
Another proof that exercising is the best medicine
Could you show the exercises that can help knee pain.
Exercise caused my pain
@@nikitaw1982 cuz you did it wrong way;)

Right, but tear is always there...for 8 years i have tear minscus, i have done lots of exercises,it's helpful but after a while when you don't go Gym, pain back again and say hi,I'm still here🙃
Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge. I have recently implemented your stretches and exercises and have felt tremendous relief in pain along with increased mobility. I am forever grateful! Thank you!
I went through physical therapy in two different groups and I am finding better results with this! Thank you!
Thank you, dude. You’re making a difference in the world.
Great comprehensive content geared towards knee recovery and strengthening. I'm looking forward to coming back stronger than ever before!
I love the visuals and the progressive phases... making them custom to your needs. Thank you for putting so much effort into these videos.
This is exactly what I need thank you 🙏
This is phenomenal information. Thank you a million times over for taking the time to provide us with something so comprehensive!!
Thank you so much. This was so much more comprehensive and more helpful than the expensive physical therapy consultation I just had. These exercises make much more sense than what I was directed to do for my bilateral meniscus tears and mild osteoarthritis.
Thanks so much for sharing all of this information and taking the time to make such a neatly organized, clear, and easy to follow video. I really appreciated the discussion of some of the existing research and clinical studies. Thank you!
A big thank you for the huge efforts to present the information in such way! The best video I've seen on the topic!
Best video I’ve seen regarding early & late stage meniscus injury. Thanks!
Just found your channel. Have had both an ACL and dual meniscus repair and a second meniscus repair. Have really loved the prescriptions of exercises and applications to my rehabilitation and recovery.
Such amazing exercises , never seen all in just one video ❤

Organized and clear information. Thank you! This has been very helpful for me to understand my injury and what I can do at home to recover.
Great video! Gave me confidence to hold on to exercises.
Thank you for taking the time to do this video! Look forward to following your recommendations 🎉
😢 yes i think have some miniscus pain
It's amazing that ultra high quality content like this is available for free (or the price of having to sitting through a crap advert or two!!) I damaged my lateral meniscus about 1983 squatting with the British middleweight bodybuilding champ (didn't warm up properly, thanks Martin!!) It got worse a couple of years ago as I approached my 60's so I started training my legs again using a fair few of the exercise shown here. I can't yet do a parallel squat but I'm only about 3 inches away with 120kg front squats. Not sure if I'll get there but even if I don't it's good to be feeling stronger again and reassuring to know that I might be doing the best I can for the knee! Thank you!
Thank you for making such an in depth video covering many options
This easily the most inclusive knee strengthening exercises I’ve found online.
These are outstanding functional Exercises, a surgery free approach option - many thanks!!
The best video about meniscus rehab i have ever seen in youtube. 👍

One of the best video ever about meniscus tear rehabilitation
Thank you for this video. Exactly what i was looking for to rebuild from injury. Ty.
Thank you for this , I thought I was going to have to have surgery. This has provided much relief, also has help my hips joints as well
Great video. Info is so well organized. What a pleasure to watch. Thanks and very helpful.
This was exactly the resource I needed for a nagging injury I've had for a couple years. Very excited to build up my daily routine for home PT with this!
How is it working for u?
This is a fantastic video. I have been doing a handful of these already to heal my knee after degenerative changes to the meniscus caused by my time in the military. Now in my 30s working as a PA I tend to stand a lot at work which aggravates the knee. This added a ton of really great additions to my regimen. I also really appreciate you adding the research in the intro, particularly Cochrane reviews which most will consider very reliable sources for lit reviews and comprehensive metanalysis. You are also very athletic which really helps you demonstrate movements better than any PT I have seen in person. Having great core strength and balance allows you to slow down these movements and really show the viewer small details to perform each movement correctly. Thanks again!

Thank you @E3 rehab. Love the structure and meaning behind each exercise, each progression and linkages! I’ve been to physical therapy for my knee - torn meniscus issue but never satisfied due to lack of explanation and logic!

Thank you for this thorough exercise to heal my knee
thank you, sir, this video is a big help for me.
I just manifest this video on my list by thouhy alone. It's an absolute golden gift tutorial to heal yourself. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks .
Great video and well executed. Keep them coming. Congrats.
Wow, great presentation!
Thank so much sir.. it helps me understand my injury
Thank you very much You helped me to find rehab program... I have suffered to find one ❤️
I just found this video. I've been struggling with a meniscus tear for several months now and it is mentally, emotionally and physically draining. After finding out from having an MRI, I went to an orthopedic doctor and they gave me a cortisone shot because I was in so much pain along with inflammation. But that didn't really help at all, so I started doing some small stretching and it feels a bit better. But back to the video, thank you so much for your time and effort. The video is very detailed, easy to follow and very informative. Thanks again!
Any update?
@@brendanplott6412 hi Brendan, with the help of therapy it is getting better slowly, I think it's because I already have arthritis in both my knees and that could have an effect on the healing process.
@@marydvs326 Hi Mary, may I know if your MRI was with contrast or without that detected the meniscus problem?
@@renorshine7026 Hello, My MRI was done without contrast.
Any further updates?
Thank you so much E3 rehab for the very good explanation

Amazing video. Thanks many. Very lucid and detail explanation.
Hi, This is a great video. I'm 40 and had have had kneed pain for the past 5 months. I just had a MRI last week and the report says I have a meniscus tear. My doctor recommended surgery but two physio's said no and now I've found this video. I'll definitely do stretches and strengthening instead.
may I know if your MRI was with contrast or without that detected the meniscus problem?

The best and useful video I have ever seen ! I really recommend it..! Thanks a lot.!
Wow what a great lecture and knowledge, excellent clip I will do it thank you so much 🥊🐉
High level intel right here. Appreciate you greatly.
Very informative and comprehensive video. Thanks
Thanks for this video. Very simple and motivational. I ve been suffering from meniscus time to time nearly 10 years. I have always doubt about surgery. Now with these information probably i will skip the surgery and stick to the exercises.
Very insightful and informative. Thanks!
Great video. Just had ACL reconstruction and lateral meniscus repair after horrendous soccer injury.
Love your work
Hey, I appreciate you sharing this information. It is very helpful to me, dealing with a medial meniscus tear. Many thanks.
This is exactly what I was looking after to improve my knee function after the arthroscopic surgery few months ago. Appreciate that you share such a valuable video with us 🙏
ABSOLUTELY! My sentiments exactly. I had a knee arthroscopy last summer. While I believe it was a success, I still get have mild knee stiffness and/or swelling after a light game of basketball. In addition to my goal of losing 20lbs to reach my target weight, I wanted to incorporate specific exercises to prevent injury and improve mobility. This seems like a solid start. Very informative. Great post. Thank you!
@@marcuseldermac are you able to squat at least ?
@@luisibanez3180 Yes. I've actually reduced both pain and swelling to almost zero since incorporating these workouts in addition to my regular leg curls and extensions.
How are you now?? After arthroscopic surgery and rehab sessions??
@@muhammadsohail4672 hamdulillah; I started playing football after about 10 weeks of trainings and very week getting better and better 👍
Great information, very clear exercise program that everyone will understand even without medical background. This will be helpful for my presentation:)
This video is gold. Thanks!!
Great video 👍🏽. When I was 15 years old, I tore my right knee medial meniscus . It took me 3 years to heal 100% . Unfortunately at 46 y/o my left knee lateral meniscus tear would have not healed with out surgery. So I had a partial lateral meniscectomy. By day 2 , I began the range of motion and progressed when I did not feel any pain . By week 4 , I was doing my yoga routine and hitting the gym like if nothing had happened.. I highly recommend this video for everyone that has knee pain . Or may need knee surgery .
Great video. Thank you for posting this information!
Perfect video with scientific knowledge ❤❤
Thank You so much! Im waiting now to MRI and we'll see... (MCL tear and im afraid also meniscus...). Thank You! Frank, tennis trainer, Budapest, Hungary.
Nice presentation Coach. Very informative. 😊
Thank you man. Will definitely work on this
Wow, This video is so comprehensive. Im so excited to try them but im at my week 6 of meniscus repair & leg alignment surgery recovery. My weight bearing is only 50% so im not sure if i can perform these exercises. Anyway, thank u so much for sharing such useful info.
I am lost now. Are you seriously proposing the FULL range motions (full flextions and full extensions), weight loads, twisting and jumping, as - rehab with currently traumatized meniscus? How is the meniscus going to heal? Don't get me wrong. Great video, superb excercises mostly (there are some that older or untrained cannot do), really nice. But to do rehab on traumatized meniscus this way Is like rehab the fresh arm fracture with weight lifting.
Wonderful and sensible advice. Many thanks
Worth watching. Thanks! My knee problem keeps on coming back. But i am not doing exercise. Will do this asap.
Thanks for posting this rehab!!! its going to be so useful for me ;) tyyyy
