Hi, 60% of the transfer are by helicopter, cars are used when the transfer is not critical, planned ahead. Of course most of time it's not with a Lamborghini.
I read a news on this topic and the Police said it depends on the human part to be transported: most of the human parts are transported by helicopter but, for the human parts that can survive more outside a human body, the Lambo is used so that the helicopters can be used for other emergencies.

Actually, Civic Type R is being used as normal police car in Malaysia and not only for the King just like the Mitsubishi Lancer. Just for your information, the police car for the King of Malaysia is Volvo S60.

malaysian here. the civic isn't just being used for the king or the royal family convoy, it's actually being used as a normal police car as well, and they don't necessarily use just the type R civic, they use the normal civic as well
About the RS4, if i remember correctly there was a little scandal because it was to low. So low that the tires scraped. So it wasn't really legal. I also remember seeing a Polizia Gallardo on the Italian border once when i was a kid.

@carwow well researched ... kind of expected you to declare the cars from the German "Tune it! Safe!" campaign as actual police cars, but well done! You should do the same video looking at ambulances and other EMS vehicles as well as vehicles used by fire departments. Thus there would be a few Porsches and G wagons to name which are in service in Germany (actual service going with lights and sirens out on public roads, not standing on a display at a car show)

The ford Interterceptors SUVs look like they are the best cop cars imo, they are common and not special ones like in the list which makes its the best imo
I recon you also check out the Dutch police as well. They are changing the entire fleet of VW Tourans and Volvo V70’s to Mercedes B-classes and Audi A6’s. (They are of course also known for their Porsche 911 Targa’s in the past)

One of the most craziest thing I’ve ever done. Is drive 670+ miles across 4 state lines in 3hrs flat one Christmas Eve in a Volkswagen. My brother in law was pissed because his sister (my wife) was in the car with me. I was young and wild then. I resided on the east coast in the United States then. But now I live in 🇯🇲. I’d encouraged the younger youths who looked up to me to take it to the track legally. Now they’re doing it religiously every weekend at Atlanta Speedway. Actually about that A4-idea: Had to call the police in the state of Rheinland-Pfalz. They arrived in an A4 and after sorting out the mess, I had a talk with them as German police usually drive different cars (BMW 5, Mini Cooper, Passat, Mercedes E-wagon, Opel zafira, VW Touran) and they told me it's actually too small as a regular GErman police car. Apparently they reach the legal weight limit in Germany
