Well, in some cases we have to use our logic, but based on the hadiths and the quran. The quran and the hadiths don't answer everything/every scenario, but it gives us enough knowledge and we can use that for unknown scenarios. In this case its wrong because there's nothing saying in hadith or Quran that 0ral isn't allowed

I think this is purely the personal opinion of the scholar. It's clear that anal sex and sex during periods is haraam. Just because one dislikes or disagrees doesn't mean you get to lable something as haram without Sahi hadees evidence or Quranic verses. The scientific facts are a point but we all know oral sex between lawfully weded halal husband and wife is not haram. It is common sense. Saying it's haram is not only unfair to married couples as 1might avoid it assuming it as a haram act and completely deprive the spouse of enjoying sexual marital bliss. It is a right of a partner, to be satisfied. And Islam allows it. We can even go for a divorce if our spouses do not perform sexual relations. That is how fair Islam is. Sheik's personal view cannot deem a lawful act as haram just because he dislikes it.
This Speaker has so little knowledge of Islam , he imposes his personal views as Halal or Haram. He is like those Yahoodi aalims who used their own personal beliefs to call things halal or haram.

That is the confusing-/conflicting topic. Since no one is really sure and some will say yes and some will say no, then best to avoid it to be on the safe side.

Everything that's not forbidden is halal. There is no verse and no hadith that forbids oral. Also sperm isn't dirty, there are hadiths that proof, that pee is dirty but sperm isn't. So oral shouldn't be a problem. Of course I can't say it with 100% guarantee, so when someone isn't sure he shouldn't do it - but still, I think it's counterproductive to talk like that about oral when there's no evidence for it being haram

Ok to my knowledge, there is no verse or Hadith that actually forbids oral s*x, however, it is not the best action to do, and it’s gross, and there is also a lot of doubt surrounding it. So if you find it a doubtful matter, then stay away from it and play safe.
I can confirm that both these acts are haraam and the Sheikh is correct. So just to clarify both oral sex and anal sex are haraam. If any muslim commits either of these they are sinning under Quranic law. The ones that say its ok and its allowed are not true muslims.

We eat and drink with our mouth and we use our tongue for other stuff. We wash our private zones with the hands and washing is enough to hold a quran afterwards

"Ok" And therefore oral sex between husband and wife is a matter I don't speak about... however I would NEVER encourage people not to do it... saying it's haram. The speaker probably just a lay man.
