Even Antonio Margarito for almost intentionally killing someone in the ring by wearing hard plaster straps didn't get banned just got his liscense revoked for a year ...

  • Mills Lane wasn’t just a referee. He was a Reno, Nevada Court Judge and a former boxer himself. He didn’t screw around and always gave everyone a fair shake, but he’ll call you out to your face if you try to play him. No shenanigans with this judge. Tough as nails. Rest in Peace, Judge. You are truly missed.

Refs in boxing can make a fight boring or exciting depending For example that ref for the Fury Paul was so bad it was hard to watch and was boring af with all that holding and stalling.   • Mills Lane is the man. He is loved by many. He was stern, fair, and brave. He was and is a man among giants. When Mills talked, warriors shut up and listen. He could calm down any situation, and he knew the sport. Mills Lane, thank you for the work you did and how you did it. You all know his phrase before a match. I still hear it now: "Let's get it on!" You will always be remembered and loved, Mr. Lane.

  • Mills Lane is a badass. He was a Federal Judge in his day job. He had a massive stroke and was in pretty bad shape, last I heard. He was the best in the ring. Fearless and fair.
