@@AnatomyofaFighter yeah man. I get the impression that the caucuses region, dagestan, chechnya, ingushetia and the others, they hold the worlds best grapplers. But the men to me ut seems they are shy besides being badasses. If you ever get the time, I would live for you to go back brother and get a look at that region more closely. People are more curious now.

My brother in law is gay but only casual MMA fan. I think if you asked him about Khabib and Kadyrov he wouldn't care. TBH a gay or straight MMA fan doesn't care about Ramzan Kadyrov. They only care about him when the bad stuff he does is brought up during a podcast or interview. After that it is right back to business.

Cuz Ariel is a click-bait media personality that sets up questions so he can instigate so his company can write headlines. Luke has actual journalistic integrity and he’s less of an actual journalist than Ariel is

By now, everyone has looked into Ali. I do think that many of the fighters he manages don’t care about his past, personally. They only care about how much he can do for them as their manager. His relationship with the UFC executives is interesting, considering no other MMA manager has ties this close. There’s obviously a lot going on behind the scenes with him; interesting individual indeed.

I think the dislikes are more for Ali than for what Luke was doing here. Luke asked tough questions and pressed as best as he could. Ali did his thing with is non answers. This talk was so much better then when Ali and Ariel went at it.

I don't always agree with Luke's fight analysis but he conducted a fantastic interview. Asked the tough questions, but very professionally and didn't let things linger.

Ali seems nervous when discussing the Arab world, maybe because of his checkered past and history. Doesn't help Luke's 89ft tall and ex-Military as well.

I do respect Ali for coming in and doing a long form interview with Luke, with all questions on the table. We can't force him to answer anything, but having a dialogue about it is important. Great job Luke, and obviously there is some fire around his past, so we will see what the future holds in terms of exposing that. I don't know what to make of it, and until there is a coherent and comprehensive list of accusations and evidence, it's hard to take any side other than skepticism at the way Ali dismisses if. "If I was lying would I..." is almost never the truth.
P.S. Luke Thomas is a real G! Keep up the great investigative journalism!

Ali's attitude on social media has me thinking he's a dickwad, but a straight up talk with Luke Thomas made me understand how much of his belligerent stance is just a part of his manager persona. He's managing so many champions for a reason, there's few managers out there that back their fighters up so much. Douchy, but respect!!

Luke - top work. Really good interview! Great balance in pushing back if you don't necessarily buy what you're hearing. You're setting the bar when it comes to interviews and analysis, keep on!
The way Luke went about the last question was disrespectful. Ali denies any validity to the reports and that should be that. For Luke to continue to say that he don't know what to believe and to insinuate that some of it must be true was disrespectful and poor interviewing etiquette. With that said, this was a great interview overall.
Luke never lets him talk ffs! He asks him a question then interrupts him a second later and gives his thoughts to his own question instead. Literally bombards the interview with his own voice
