Nu-Kuea is really smart but Hia Lian is scary smart. Even I didn't think as far as Hia did. Clever move using Kuea's mom. I love how I couldn't catch up with their cleverness. It so refreshing and makes us audience wants to know what happened next.
I mean it was very predictable at least for me that Hia Lian wud use Kuea's mom to sort out her son's Lil tantrum of not giving in lol.

When Hia Lian told Kuea by being the owner of Pentagon, Kuea has to be responsible for everything, I actually feel bad for him. From here you can see that he sacrificed a lot for the business, for everything. He lets Kuea grows up and enjoys his youth but he himself works hard ever since young.
You get it absolutely right he sacrifice so much so kuea can enjoy in his life I don't want to spoil anything but he have so much pressure in his shoulder then kuea can imagine because kuea right now is immature, dont know how world works,as u can see he had nothing to worry about since he had everything provided by his family and hia lian and protect by hia Lia so he can live his youth but hia lian never get that freedom .

For me they both had to sacrifice alot. If you think about his sacrificing his childhood then I think even keau sacrificed himself unknowingly. I mean just Imagine being told you are gonna marry your bestfriend. It adds up when has to give up on being a normal kid since he is from a noble family. Hia is like this because he think he has to to be in order to being tough and being worth of keep on an society outlook. While keau gave up himself became like a doll because he saw hia caring so much in shoulder, seeing hia being so ethical in every meet they have met without each other. They both were so much much in love with each other but they didn't express. Here I think if only hia would have been a little open about himself keau might not have closed hia of his real self. If I saw my better half all that much even I wouldn't dare to show my true self and will always be anxious if I am worthy of calling myself the better half. This why keau said "I am not good enough, I am just a burden to you, know i understand why you don't love me". Yes keau might be immature but no one eve thought him about this things. All he saw was that everything was given to him in silver platter, that his family is noble was expected him to be as noble as them, to be the Young Master. He didn't care about all this until he saw hia is also trying to be like this. So he changed himself. And let's not forget that if hia had so much in his shoulder about business and making a living, he still had the freedom to go wherever he wanted, with his College friends, and didn't ever had to hide this side from everyone. Where as if we see keau hiding everything his friends, his faculty, his hobbies because he knew that his family and and hia think of keau just as child if not hia wouldn't have to decide everything in his own, he could have just simply ask for his opinion. Wow I wrote so much 😅😅😅😅....this just my perspective of characters 💞💞

I really like NuKuea's character and how he stands up for himself. I really don't like that Hia is taking him to live with him against his will, but I am proud of Kuea for standing his ground and only agreeing if he gets something in return. The fact that he has a strong personality and is finally beginning to show it in front of Hia makes him a way more interesting character. I also love New's acting, he fits this character really well!
Half of every relationship is obligation, you know? Nobody in a relationship does everything willingly all the time. If anything, that's how every relationship ends: by always standing your ground, forgetting that every relationship, romantic or otherwise, requires *common* ground (which is what adults do), not just your own (which is what children do). And this story, more than anything, is about NuKuea's journey from being a child, a "cutie pie" (who cries, sulks, takes things at face value, etc.) to being an adult (who considers another person's point of view, gives benefit of a doubt, trusts, etc.).
@@alexanderaz8 well, i don't know about you but I wouldn't like someone forcing me to live with them when I am clearly letting them know I do not want to. This is not about doing only what you want but this is literally Kuea's life and freedom. In my opinion, Hia is the one being childish here because he is not trying to find a middle ground in anything but only making Kuea do what he wants. I do not care if Kuea is seen as a "child" he still has his opinions and his wants that need to be respected.

It's only been three episodes, but they've done such a good job of building the plot that I'm looking forward to new episodes every week. Hia Lian and Kuea have wonderful chemistry; I can feel the heat radiating from the screen! I can't wait to watch how their relationship progresses. e's a lot more interesting as a character now that he has a strong personality and is now beginning to exhibit it in front of Hia. New's performance is also fantastic; he's perfect for this role!

Personally, while I understand that Lian is trying to get Kuea to reveal what he really likes to do and how he really wants to act, I strongly disagree with his methods. A relationship between two people shouldn't be where one watches the other's every move, and Lian shouldn't force Kuea to live with him until Kuea feels comfortable doing so. Rather than forcing Kuea to reveal his secrets, he should just sit down and communicate properly with him. He doesn't even try to figure out why Kuea is hiding so much from him and just pushes him to reveal it without considering Kuea's feelings. Kuea is an adult, and shouldn't be controlled by his parents and his fiance. He should be given a chance to prove himself responsible in the way that he wants to, but he doesn't get that because his family shelters him. If they want him to grow up, they should stop coddling him and hovering over his every move, and give him a chance to do what he likes without feeling like he has to hide it. I'm sure they all love him, but he should at least be given some amount of autonomy, rather than it being taken away by his fiance pushing him to tell him everything he does.
Totally agree!! And I hope this is part of the development for Lian's character. Give Kuea the space to grow and become independent.

Ye know in all honesty, if Kuea be more self confident in himself & just TRY to be himself with Hia around this confliction won’t happen. For Hia to go the extra mile for Kuea by calling Kuea’s mom & asking her for permission, for intending to actually give Kuea his own club Pentagon to Kuea, shows that Hia deeply loves Kuea. Albeit Hia’s only problem is that he doesn’t know how to say it through words nor through expressions. He just shows it through actions thinking that it would be enough for little Kuea 🥺

Love the fact this series is addressing so many irl activities. Like for example in bl fantasy series we always see the characters just doing wtv they want. But in this one it's all very realistic. Nue wants Pentagon club. But Hia Lian makes him responsible for it. In wealthy families, businesses are co-owned and run by family. In fantasy series we see someone else running it and nowhere in sight of said business. This series addresses reality. And that it is time for Nue to enter adulthood. Once you are an adult, especially from a wealthy family, it is time for you to start taking responsibility. You are responsible for the company and the livelihood of employees. Can't be a child anymore. It's why heirs are taught differently. They have more responsibilities than a normal employee. Love this series. Thailand is on fire with all the BL series this year.
