Can someone explain 11:33 ? Why would the dealer keep drawing after winning 16 to 13
Dealer has to keep hitting until he is at 17 or more
dealers aren't players, they can't take the same actions. players can stand at any time, dealers are required to hit until they reach (most commonly) a soft 17
