  • Very clear instructions, should help us to not screw up the install. Thanks!

    • Save that receipt cause if any thing breaks in the first year they replace the parts but ask for a pic of your receipt. One of the spray nozzles fell off and they replaced it.

  • just ordered this from Amazon. I had one of the 40 dollar style ones. it still works fine but my darn kohler easy attachment style seat has broke due to design flaw. 2nd seat and I just want a seat with bidet built in. thanks for doing install video!

  • Just bought my second ecoseat. First one is on a glacier bay toilet which has a scalloped tank and lid for seat clearance. No problem staying in up position. Second toilet new American Standard Cadet 3 has a rounded front tank, and the seat will not stay up. Gonna try to move the whole assembly forward. Using rubber band to hold the seat up against the lid for now

  • Hahaha told you the Brondell was good. I'm just glad that's the one you had already picked up. Lol all their seats have that easy install bracket system, which is clutch, imo

  • Interesting topic and good video actually! I won’t knock it because I haven’t tried it. When I was in Italy for the USAF my apartment had both a toilet and a separate bidet in the bathroom and frankly there was no seat on the bidet and I had no idea how to use it (kind of like the three seashells in Demolition Man 😁) so I pretty much ignored it. But I like how this one is integrated into one unit. Maybe in the future I’ll get one. Old habits die hard.

  • I reconnected the water supply to the t-valve as it was to the tank. Was I supposed to use the second washer there? The instructions don't make use of it. Also, the supply hose is longer than the illustration causing it to snake and almost crimp at one point. Should I get a shorter one?

  • Now that I've had it installed I have a few comments. My toilet lid kinda stick out which makes it hard for their to stay up when need it to. So I hanged the ra jets which h makes it now more forward. Well the seat now totally changes the way the spray comes forward which means in my case anyway totally jets to my two members. I have to adjust myself so it works better but really wets things up. All in all I still like the seat

  • Great video but FYI the black inserts on the mounting plate are reversed. The tabs go toward the tank. 👍

    • If you do save that receipt cause when a part breaks or falls off you’ll need it to get replacement parts. One of the spray nozzles fell off and got flushed I contacted the company and they replaced the part. Other than that it’s still working like it should.

  • Bro I need a big favor. I want this bidet so bad but I need to know if it fits in my one piece toilet 🚽 Instructions manual says center of holes to tank wall must be at least 1.5in I just measured and it has only 1in :( Could you please check if moving the seat to the front the max possible, you have 1in to the end of the clicking base? Would be very much appreciated 🤘

    • Got to be honest after a year of having this seat , I’d just stick with an American standard seat and a cheaper bidet add on. I’ve had to replace the spray nozzle and the seat doesn’t slow fall anymore it slams shut also it doesn’t stay up when I lift the seat anymore either.

  • Brondell is an awful company to deal with.. I was sold a defective Swash 1700 and Brondell expected us to pay for the parts. Terrible to deal with. Notice Brondell’s comments are turned off
