I don’t think I’ve ever been as moved as I am after watching this video. I work with drug addicts and meet some true heroes but the fact that y’all chose to stay in your home country to help people’s animals blows my mind. When this crisis is over the people will come back home (those that made it out alive) and the fact that they may have their dogs in their home could change the way they see everyday life. When I got out of a year of rehab from using drugs my dog was so excited and I swear it was the one thing that kept me going. God bless you and I pray the Ukraine gets back to normal life as soon as possible.

It’s so upsetting to know that they took her knowing she had puppies somewhere based on her appearance and didn’t look for her puppies. I’m so glad that she and the puppies had you looking out for them ❤

That was a really wicked thing for animal control to do, you never take a lactating animal away as you know they have babies hidden somewhere

The sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. She was only concerned about her babies. Imagine going out looking for food for your pups and you get taken by animal control and you have to worry about your babies, then be returned to find out that they’re gone 😢but then find out they’re safe and you can be reunited with them ❤

Couldn't agree more 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻 as a species we are not worthy of dogs and the only reason we have them is because they love us so purely. There's nothing I wouldn't do for mine. I lost my beautiful boy, husky "Sash" suddenly in July 🥺🥺🥺 it broke me. I've buried friends, family, neatly died myself , have had own health issues, many surgeries etc from birth, lost everything at one point and I'd happily have suffered it x10 over if it had of meant by boy being alright. He was my wee(well big, he was built like a tank) soul mate. A piece of me died with him on 09/07/22. And so knowing that depth to which our Relationship, friendship, family bond was so incredibly strong and true it then baffles me at............ how anyone can abuse, neglect, exploit these amazing souls. I think these abusers etc need to start facing big big jail time in the double figures for their crimes.🥺

Seriously! The people could not tell she was a nursing mother? They took her knowing there was probably puppies somewhere waiting for her! The spay program is good, but it needs to be done in the correct manner. Ugh 😕

What a beautiful and rare reunion! Alica knew where she had left her puppies. Although she walked away from the former family home to get in the car, she did not want to go. Her joy and her puppies joy when they met again was unmistakable. Thank you to the wonderful people who called you and made the reunion possible. She didn't leave her puppies behind, they catched her from animal control to spay her! I don't understand animal control, that they didn't looked after the babies when they have seen that she is lactating!!

I think that "smile" was in fact her being afraid her puppies would be taken from her again. The reunion was sweet though, nice work.

Her tail was going crazy when she reunited with her babies!!! 🥹 Her babies ran up to her like “MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Then she looked up to the humans like “OMG, you guys! Thanks.” ❤❤❤❤

The first time on the leash, she was probably afraid she was being taken away from her babies again. She's a sweetheart, and the puppies are adorable.

This lady is a great and wonderful human , she is really selfless ,I salute her ……..when she passes away there will be thousands of dogs who she had rescued and saved who will serve as guards of honour to escort and show her the way to the afterlife ! I believe that all your pets who have passed come to lead you and show you the way after you die !

It was thrilling seeing her with her puppies again. Why would animal control take her to be spayed knowing she is nursing puppies. That was stupid and the little ones needing to be fed. Wow. The hurt and concern in the mommies eyes was heartbreaking. Now a beautiful and safe family. Again, thanks so much for the work you do there rescuing these precious dogs.

I had a half wolf dog and she could smile like Alica. The neighborhood kids brought her around when she was about 8 weeks old. "If you can't find a home for her, I'll take her I said." I named her "She-bear" after she tried to bite me when I reached out to her, and she was in the girl's arms. We had 15 years together and I kept two of her pups, which were born on Christmas eve when she was 6. What a dog she was and always will be to me. The dog I have now is always the best dog ever, really, it seems that way to me.
She was showing her teeth? I was thinking maybe she was protective and feels bad when Olena get closed to her. Was it Really Smiling? (P.S I'm not dog expert and its for my own information)
You should spay your dogs too!! There are too many dogs without a home everywhere!!

She was so sad with her tail between her legs. The way she hopped and her tail wagging so fast as soon as she saw them, and the way they all jumped and ran towards her as soon as they saw her. It's a beautiful sight to see. Thank you

I'm glad the government spays stray dogs but I was sad to see she was brought back to the street while she was still recovering from the operation, she must have felt weak and very lonely, poor little angel. My city spays/neuters stray cats and returns them to the area they were found. I always worry about infection in the incision for the girls. Boys, not so much.
I really don't understand that animal control didn't care for her babies! They have seen that she is lactating, then they have to search for the babies! I guess that for the government the stray dogs are just vermin, a "problem" they have to solve.... But anyway, I' m also thankful for T-N-R programs, they need to be installed in Turkey, Romania...
