Ukraine, Italy, France, couple others. All really different songs and not what you typically expect from eurovision. Maybe 2021 is the best eurovision year so far? I'm not sure, i was born in 91

Yes. All Eurovision entries must be performed in the native language, just like it used to be. The EBU needs to abolish the free language rule and return the Eurovision to its roots.
I'm not Italian but live in Italy and am slowly learning and love that I do actually understand a fair amount, but when he gets into the "rap", it's like all of my language anxiety come to life ... tropo rapido!!! Piu lentamente per favore! Sono fuori di testa. ;D

I don't think 2021 will ever be topped, so many songs were so good it's remarkable
2022 and 23 have been quite the letdowns compared to 2021 but honestly today's quality is quite high compared to the editions before 2019 (19 was also quite good ❤hatari). 2021 was just so outstandingly good that everything will pale in comparison for quite some time to go. Still regularly listen to Måneskin and Go_A and The Roop.

This is why Maneskin's victory was so sweet, their opponents were incredibly strong. Another year that was strong was 2006, plenty of solid entries and Lordi winning was the cherry on top.

Days ago, Måneskin came to Mexico City, it was the first time I went to a concert, and watching this video again, it's so incredible that a band whose won Eurovision, besides ABBA has turned so shocking on the music world. I had the opportunity to listen this song live in Mexico's concert and it was so special for me to have had the luck to listed the Eurovision winning song live. I'm so proud of them. 🥺🥺❤️🤟🖤

Literally. I was imediatelly hipnotised by his stage presence and voice ans the connection with the other members. It's from another world. They have great music.

The lyrics of Zitti e Buoni are very good but I think they don't do him justice as a songwriter, probably because he was a teenager when he wrote the song. There are songs like Torna a casa, veint'anni, Coraline and more that really showcase his writing abilities. It's clear that he has evolved very much as a songwriter during these 5 years despite being very young still.

This is outside Eurovision. This doesn't even feel like Eurovision, it feels more like an actual Måneskin concert. You can feel the bond between the band members and their strong friendship, which make the performance feel even more amazing. I am so happy that this won, and Europe, we all did a good choice.

Never forget that the Barbara stans were so upset over her not winning that they started a horrible rumour about Damiano. Not only were they all proved wrong; Måneskin also became the most commercially successful winning band since ABBA. Delicious.

Damiano is a complete rockstar. His attitude on the stage, the comfort, the moves, the feeling of every word he sings. He is a vocalist who makes you feel both the song and performance. That kind is rare. He and the band has a potential to be legends.

the only one i don't really find is the male bassist. The female is honored in the bridge before the "parla" part. The drummer on the acapella part and damiano most of the time obviously.
