    • I wouldn't worry about that. Doofy's waaaaaay too small to ever eat Damian. Especially, as Doofy's a pet, he should be kept well fed, making it extra unlikely that he would ever try to attack Damian (snakes don't hunt when they're not hungry and don't attack without some sort of provocation). He looks like he might be an amethystine python, which only average 6 to 13 feet in length and 15 to 30 pounds (with females being larger than males) -- they're actually pretty close in size to a large housecat despite their intimidating-seeming length (they're really long but very slender and noodly). They're predominantly small bird, reptile, and mammal eaters, often not taking things larger than rats or possums... they're actually very valuable in trying to keep invasive rabbit and rat populations in check. The largest outliers (the maximum reliable documented length of an exceptionally large female was about 23 ft and another of 66 pounds, thus about the size of a medium-sized dog) will occasionally eat a wallaby, but I doubt Doofy will ever get that big.
