A Lot has happened with me and my mental health these years, but recently it got *much* worse.. But I asked for help. I asked for help and I'm much better now. I'm now all the way better, but im not in the dark place i was back then. It's a big journey, it takes time. You got this girliepop we love you SO MUCH and YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! alaska you may not notice this, but that’s okay! this message goes to everyone, but mainly to alaska. so about your mental health problems you’ve had going on, i just wanted to say it’s a completely normal thing. we all go through mental health sometimes. you did the right thing, what was best for you, taking a break during your mental health. of course, we are all very pleased when you post, but if you need to take a longer break, that’s completely fine! don’t worry about what we think. do what’s best for you. Make sure to just keep breathing through the hard times. When you’re having a hard time, just think that you’re going to be okay later in the future. Hard things come across us in life that we can’t stop, we just have to get through them. Remember that there is always someone there for you, weather it’s your parents, friends, or any family. If you continually have this happening to you, talk to someone you can trust. Whoever you feel comfortable talking to. I struggle with mental health myself, and it’s hard to control it, I get it. I hope you’re okay now and you stay okay. Keep working through it! 💗☀️✨ Btw, I am really amazed on how you are still posting and being the amazing you you always were.
