  • This Sequoia has already been sold by the owner.

    • No offense, but either that is not a platinum, or you have sr5 and limited options that someone in your country is calling platinum that I am not aware of,.... says my 2011 toyota sequoia platinum! All those empty switch caps on the steering wheel, lower dash and center console below navigation screen are all full on mine. Heated and cooled front seats, heated back seats, back center storage area between captain seats, DVD player and alot more, that would take about 3 more comments. But, .....why can't you open your tailgate from inside or with your remote? Okay ,the car was running and you weren't in it ,I get it, you can't open it with your foot. Still not a platinum. Enjoy your ride!

    • @@youtubesucksshit Still a GREAT vehicle even if it isn't a Platinum,I really wish the Platinum came with a bench seat in the second row,I was thinking about getting a Platinum but I really like the 2nd row bench seat in the Limited...

  • Air suspensions tend to make vehicles ride super smooth. Love the ride quality they provide. The con is once they wear out, they are much more expensive to repair than normal coil / shock suspensions, which don’t ride nearly as smooth.

  • Great video. I have the 2010 Platinum and I love it! It’s a tank, with tons of storage and room for the whole family to travel very comfortable, yes, including dogs. Gas mileage is poor, but, nothing beats reliability , safety and comfort. Toyota at its best !

  • Mine has JBL on the doors. Mine's also a 2013 Limited model with 4 wheel drive. Way more than we need even in northern Indiana. I couldn't imagine a truck like this in the Philippines.

    • Yep it's a bit too big for here

      @KyleLiongCars@KyleLiongCars9 ай бұрын
    • @KyleLiongCars I could see that. I still believe it's a better choice over a land cruiser though unless your doing a ton of off roading. Both are incredible SUVs, just like the 4runner (probably slighly more practical for the Philippines) Here in northern Indiana we get a ton of snow and it's the RV capital of the world. You would think they would be fairly common here and shocker: Theyre not. It's definitely a unicorn but when you do find them here they're usually very well taken care of. Usually. Then again for the asking price (not cheap!) you would kind of hope so. 4runners are a tad bit more common for sale around here. I theorize that most anyone who owns one knows what they got. Not just by the price but condition. Like I said you'll find that the few that are for sale are very well taken care of. Some with nearly 300k. You wouldn't know it by looking. I think that stands as a testimate. Excellent video by the way. Fantastic job.

  • I love my limited sequioa and I'm keeping it. Thinking of getting the newer Suburban. I can get 22 mpg on the FWY. The other 4 cylinders auto shuts off during cruising mode hence saves gas. I'm assuming you're in the Philippines. The Sequoia will serve you well in Manila's bad roads and traffic.

    @akosirolandr@akosirolandr3 жыл бұрын
    • Yep, I’m from the Philippines. The Sequoia is a bit too big for our roads, but I personally could manage, having learned to drive with the 1st gen Expedition haha IDK about the new Suburbans.... I think the Sequoia is much more reliable, but that’s also because it’s easier to get Toyota parts for me. Perhaps it’s quite different there in the US, I assume, since Chevys are from there anyways :)

  • I don’t think it is a Platinum version. It is missing a lot of items that are standard on a real Platinum. I’ll name a few: adaptive cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity with steering controls, 2nd row center console. Does it have perforated leather seats? Can’t tell from the video. More of a limited version to me. And the 1.85M price tag suggests it is not a Platinum. The Land Cruiser is still the king of off roading .

    • I see, could have been rebadged without my knowledge, apologies. Do the same options apply even for a 2011 model?

      @KyleLiongCars@KyleLiongCars3 жыл бұрын
    • @@KyleLiongCars Yes, 2011. Also missing the JBL Synthesis sound system, wood trim steering wheel, wood accents and 2nd row household (not 12v) outlet, ride control (sport, moderate, comfort), and shouldn’t have deleted buttons. Great truck regardless. My only gripe is that the massive outside mirrors block quite a bit of diagonal view.

      @rvnola9795@rvnola97953 жыл бұрын
    • Thanks for the informative insight on the car. I couldn’t exactly tell if the side mirrors were great or not because at least with this particular car that I reviewed, they were faulty so they weren’t even locking to their proper positions

    • I have a 2011 sequioa and it came with a fridge in the center console. I believe the one featured is a platinum coz the air suspension only came with the platinum. As with gas mileage, i do get 15L/100km (7-8kpl) with mostly city driving, driving aggresively or in sand on the otherhand will easily bring those numbers down to like 3kpl

      @joshuainfante6651@joshuainfante6651 Жыл бұрын
    • @@joshuainfante6651 How were you able to tell that the one featured had a factory air ride suspension? The air ride buttons shown are Iincomplete, plus so many other things standard in a Platinum are missing. JBL Synthesis sound system, adaptive cruise control, steering wheel controls/buttons, perforated leather seats, wood trim, heated and cooled (not just heated) seats, etc. Mine has a vault in the center console for storing firearms and valuables. maybe it’s a Platinum that the owner downgraded to Limited look which doesn’t make sense.
