Have been a FIFA player for the past 10 years. Got PES 2021 this time just to try it out. After playing a month of PES, I can say that when it comes to "close to reality" gameplay, PES is miles ahead of Fifa. The AI is far more dynamic in its tactics , pressing by AI is much more realistic, one has to really think and measure each pass; you can't just play a pass with any random body orientation. Crossing is much closer to what we see in actual matches. Moreover, the AI doesn't help out much in defense, one has to have an acute understanding of defensive compactness and place the players accordingly while defending. Scoring is a goal, really makes you feel something as one has to be really strategic and careful to land up in a scoring position. I feel , FIFA is good for relaxing as it doesn't demand much, PES on the other hand is intense.

Career mode players: You still can’t use real managers. Defending is a little better. Calendar change a bit with the scheduled training. I like the strict transfer feature. Wait until it’s on sale

The most honest review I've seen. Lacked any pro clubs talk but to be fair there is nothing new to talk about the mode that has most esports potential.

Usually extra time extends if your close to scoring but on FIFA 21 it doesn't matter if your so close to scoring, the referee will blow the whistle

"Grind 1-0 wins in fifa 20". I was getting 8-0 wins on legendary and 4-0 on ultimate every game. If it's even easier to score on fifa 21 than the game is terrible.

FIFA 21 is a great game. EA has spent decades perfecting and keeping this game interesting, and although it is far from perfect, it is lots of fun. This year, the game is made several noticeable changes. Pace is more effective, shooting can be more accurate, and chipping is overpowered. Most importantly, heading is better. My personal preference as my favourite feature is that fitness is removed. In general, so many things have been reworked and improved. I am enjoying this FIFA and all the parts of it. Looking forward toward the year with an open mind and exciting anticipation, this will be epic.

PES is better, they deserve more users. Im a FIFA player i changed to PES bcuz literally almost everything, PES IS BETTER. The only thing that made FIFA better is bcuz tgey have all license. Pes is more realistic, the graphics, the movements EVERYTHING they r better. Different year, same game

Fifa 21 is so smooth and the through pass are so good. You simply can’t hate this game.

Can you ask to be transffered to an another team in carrer mode?

Played on it for a few hours yesterday so haven't played enough to say how good/bad it is though one thing is for certain there are still many small/silly mistakes. Not even reached the end of the first transfer market yet and have seen many spelling mistakes, words in the wrong order, the press bit not picking up on things, the press bit saying loan instead of bought vice versa, agents of players having a random clubs badge that had has nothing to do with anything on their clothes and the same old commentary... can't say I have high expectations at this point though it makes you question how hard is it to make this game or are they just really lazy?

The only reason I'm getting FIFA 21 is because the newest FIFA I have is FIFA 16 and I think it's time for a refreshment of new players, refreshed teams, and a better Ultimate Team and Career Mode.

I like the gameplay being fast. Instead of this slow unrealistic pace that they have pro athletes usually have. Or do what PES does in 2020 where it's kinda in the middle.

Remember when FIFA 20's gameplay was actually decent for the first few days after release, only to have EA patch revert yhe gameplay with patches? Yeah, me too. I hope they don't do it with 21 but they might do it again
