  • There was the story about her stopping by a tea room near Sandringham. Two British ladies at a nearby table told her that she looked so much like the Queen. The Queen once again delivered a priceless remark, “That’s so reassuring.”

  • See, this is one of the many things that I loved and admired about Queen Elizabeth; and that is that even though she was so very famous and tremendously well loved and admired the world over, she was still a very down to earth, real and humble lady. She did have the right priorities, like duty and the people she loved. She could wear jewels and crowns, and the most elegant exquisite attire, and I think that it mattered little to her, because that wasn't where her heart was. Those things were probably just material things to her. She ruled and reigned by serving her people. I love her and I miss her so much! 👑🌹🌷💐 ***** Last year, in August or September, I was thinking alot about Queen Elizabeth, and I remember saying Queen Elizabeth's name in my mind, and I actually "heard" something like a thought voice, say to me, "I'm not Queen anymore, just Elizabeth". Can you believe it?!

    • They had a week of mourning in the UK when she died and in Australia we had a paid public holiday. When her husband the Duke died I knew she wouldn't be long for this world and she wasn't either. Sure she had a loving family round her but it's not the same for the central pivot in her life was gone and she saw no real reason to carry on without him.

I’m sure King Charles will rule well, but his mother will always be my favourite monarch! I did meet the Queen Mother when she visited the town I grew up in many years ago. She was an absolute angel! 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦

  • I’ve met many famous people through working at a small, but expensive restaurant in metro Detroit. What I learned quickly, is you might not recognize celebrities because you’re used to seeing them in movies and television, which is a flat representation of them. When you meet them in life, you’re seeing their face in depth, and they’re actually talking to you. I think it’s why sometimes when seeing celebrities, people stare, they can’t believe they’re actually seeing a person they’ve been familiar with perhaps their whole life. It’s especially strange when you meet someone you find attractive, it happened to me a few times. I nearly made a fool of myself once when I met David Groh who played Rhoda’s husband in the 1970’s.

  • Your use of computer generated narration won't get you many subscribers. If you can't afford to hire an English speaker, just use subtitles. But if you use the computer because you're ashamed of your accent and/or English pronunciation, don't be, because most English speaking audiences appreciate a foreign accent. Honesty sells. Fake does not. Good luck.
