i can listen to the Q&A for ever
Very interesting presentation and also appreciate including the Q & A.
I was fishing off the rocks in North Devon uk,and a basking shark cruised past about 30ft of the rocks with its mouth wide open it was amazing to see 👍
Great, informative, and entertaining discussion!
I like sharks! I am one myself. But in any case, sharks are also good people.

@@npalmi88 are you a turtuws? I like sharks, and I am also one.
faraday selfie joke slayed, well done sir
I'll admit it. I started watching this as I wasn't sure if it was about 'Jaws' Sharks or Loan Sharks. Few minutes in now. Question answered. I love animals and it must be a quality lecture as R.I., so might as well stay & watch the rest.
Excellent
Amazing stark talk full of adoration! Thank you for being a vo8ce for them!!! One new thing I learned (or already forget) was that some sharks can clone themselves 😀😀 Some people might find that a nice feature to be added to human capabilities 🙈
If I had been at the RI to hear this talk I would have liked to have asked Mr Shiffman what he thinks of the contribution George Costanza has made to the field of Marine Biology and whether he and Costanza are by any chance related ........
Every time I go water-skiing in the Chesapeake Bay, I'm constantly looking for Bull Sharks

I hope sharks don't go extinct before we do.
My favorite thing about sharks is how smooth they are.
Why don't you dip your hands in the ocean and touch some smooth sharks, huh
@@fritzophrenia3146 I just did that actually! Such fun! I'd recommend you try it as well :)
Yep can confirm, those were some smooth sharks
@@fritzophrenia3146 Glad we're on the same page.

Because sharks are cool cats!
Sharks love scientists too.
This man is onto something...and he's smart. But honestly I think he needs a hype man to make this idea popular. Otherwise it won't catch on.
