Tiny forest sprouts in concrete jungle
Amid the urban sprawl of New York City, a forest has sprouted with 1,500 trees, plants and shrubs planted by community residents. Known as a pocket forest, it's all in 4,000 square feet of space. Funded by a nonprofit, it's one of 200 pocket forests planted around the world. NBC News' Savannah Sellers reports.

the mother in 0:40 sounds like she's doing it all for a stroke of an ego for herself and her son. Listen to how she wants her son to claim that he grew this when he was older. The best answer she should've said is that she and her son are planting because it's the right thing to do.
