I would think a heavy duty Tool and Die manufacturing process ... from a created print each part of the machine would be manufactured ... initially a very time consuming and costly process... although the machines production value as seen in the video would pay for itself in a relatively short period of time ... I’m thinking ....

  • Estoy encantado y sorprendido de los prosesos ,forja tornos prensas balancines y demas son mi placer trabaje mas d 20 años con prensas d 650 tn aplastando hacero nada de sistemas computados toda medida a calibre comparador dispocitivos patrones poniendo semejante prensas a 2 mm del punto muerto inferior 0 tolerancia haciendo cuerpo solenoide manguitos o impulsore piñones ejes y muchas piesas mas para alternadores y arranques fueron los mejores años de mi vida laboral

    • 100% perfect crankshaft made directly is impossible, that's why they (inspector) BALANCE it after while inspecting, by drilling holes in them.

    • @@ykd0011 I used to balance high speed rotors by making drill starts in it. Once a rotor got too many drill starts the aerodynamic drag would keep it from reaching it's rpm tolerance and it would be scrapped.

  • Los procesos de fabricación son geniales, tuve la experiencia de trabajar en varias industrias una de ellas metalmecánica, en ella se fabricaba en serie Coronas, Piñón de ataque, Tricetas, Crucetas, planetarios, satélites y la transmisión de vehículos automotriz. Mi experiencia como mecánico de mantenimiento me permitía observar estas máquinas trabajando y poder acceder a ellas cuando estaba operando mal para hacer correcciones mecánicas. Trabajé en una fábrica de cerveza y malta; de sílice y silicato; de jugos y tetra pack, todas grandes empresas de distribución nacional e internacional.

  • Muy guapo el vídeo, de mucha calidad. Sin embargo el que quiera ver cómo se hace realmente un cigüeñal tendrá que buscar otro vídeo, esto no es más que una sucesión de imágenes sin sentido de 2 segundos escasos cada una en la que cualquiera, por mucho que quiera ver, no se entera de nada, como en un vídeo de heavy metal y ya si eso para rematar las ponen de cuatro en cuatro.
