Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh was always so high on my bucket list and I finally made it here last month! It has been such an incredible journey with the most fulfilling return to a state that I’ve been to 4 times already. And everybody has showered nothing but love on me. For which I’m extremely grateful!
In today’s video, we are visiting Bumla Pass, Chakzam, Rice Bowl, Holy Waterfall and a few more local hot spots that are just so beautiful. Tawang feels like a natural marvel every step of the way and wherever you look. SO BEAUTIFUL!!
At the same time, we are testing the power-packed AMD Ryzen-powered laptop to see if it stands the test of its battery life, speed and editing prowess.

  • My dad is currently posted in Tawang and I had visited the place this May and seeing this video brought back so many beautiful memories. It was as if I traveled to Tawang all over once again. I am so happy and grateful that you went offbeat to show one of the most scenic and serene, yet underrated destination in India which is yet to turn touristy.Infact, I took so many photos and never took so many more(I had a very shitty mobile camera) because I was afraid that my photos would not be able to capture the real beauty of Tawang and I was so sad that I wouldn't be able to show others how beautiful this place was until I came across this video of yours. You truly did justice in bringing out the real and raw beauty of Tawang and I am so happy that you took time to appreciate the Indian army who do an incredible job there protecting our borders surviving these harsh conditions. Hats off to your work and I hope to see more videos of such hidden gems in this beautiful country......... Also, I would like to recommend you to visit Tawang once more in April or May...its the perfect weather and the places near Bumla would be covered in a sheath of ice which is on a whole another level of magnificence.

Starting with ease, in between our jobs learning by mistakes, now we are growing slowly being our 4th year. So, you are our inspiration to this video world. Thanks again for your beutiful videos....there are lots and lots of other places in arunachal too....which are really awesome. If you start your journey from Itanagar to Tawang by road via pakekeshang....the road will take you to tawang through an unbelievable experience of heaven on earth. Unlimited natural beauty all around. Thanks again.

  • For your kind clarification, it is extremely important to correct you about the India's border on the north of Himalayas stretch across 2400 Km from Ladakh to Tawang, AP sharing border with Tibet. This border was and should be Indo-Tibet border rather than Indo China border. Indian government has purposely kept the India's premier police force in this region as Indo-Tibetan border police for a very special reason, which needs to be known and highlighted among common Indians. Why some of the Indian influencer's are buying China's narrative of this border by putting India's security under threat? Government of India has been spending more than $72.6 B amid tension with China since 1959 when India lost her neighboring country Tibet. Before 1959, Tibet act as a buffer zone between two Asian giant. Now, how many troops were deployed in this region and how many jawan are losing every day. India should take possession of the true narrative of this disputed region by highlighting free Tibet movement and redrawing the map of India as

    • The Origin of the India-China War In 1914, China, Britain, and representatives from Tibetan regions in China convened at the Simla Conference in British India. In a secret exchange of documents between Britain and the Tibetan local government, it was agreed that if Britain supported Tibet's successful independence, Tibet would cede the areas south of the McMahon Line to British India. The Chinese government did not recognize this secret treaty. As Britain did not facilitate Tibetan independence, they adhered to the agreements made at the Simla Conference with the Tibetan local government and did not occupy the areas south of the McMahon Line. Until February 1951, the border between China's Tibet and British India lay at the foothills of the Himalayas and the plains of Assam. After the British retreat, India inherited their privileges and stationed troops in Tibet. On February 2, 1951, taking advantage of China's military engagement in the Korean War, Indian forces occupied the Tawang region under the jurisdiction of the Tibetan local government. Subsequently, they occupied the entire area south of the McMahon Line. Note that at that time, the areas south of the McMahon Line, including Tawang, were under the governance of the Dalai Lama. The following is quoted from the Indian statement. The Dzongpen, a man called Nyertsang, did not respond to Khathing’s invitation for a meeting, so on the night of the third day (10th February 1951) Bob fired off 20 rounds of 2-inch mortar and 1000 rounds of .303 - the thunderous reverberations from the surrounding hills sounded like ‘the voice of God’ and struck terror in the populace. Next morning the Indian tricolour was hoisted in front of the monastery and the troops marched up and down through the town for four hours with fixed bayonets. The nervous Dzongpen sent emissaries at last, and Bob set Major Allen the job of drafting a formal instrument of accession to India. The talks made little headway, so on the 13th the Dzong officials were rounded up and brought to camp. After putting them in his pocket Bob firmly ordered them not to obey the Dzongpen. (On 20 February 1951,)Major Allen suddenly took out his Smith and Wesson .38 and placed it before him. Nyertsang’s face instantly showed apprehension and he immediately became much less obdurate. In a little while all resistance was over. Nyertsang signed the instrument of accession drafted by Allen transferring Tawang to India, and was paid a nazrana of Rs.1000 for being such a nice chap. Bob Khathing signed for the Govt. of India.

    • The Kingdom of Sikkim was founded by the Namgyal dynasty in the 17th century. It was ruled by Buddhist priest-kings known as the Chogyal. It became a princely state of India in 1890. Following Indian independence, Sikkim continued its protectorate status with the Union of India after 1947 and the Republic of India after 1950. It enjoyed the highest literacy rate and per capita income among Himalayan states. In 1973, anti-royalist riots took place in front of the Chogyal's palace. In 1975, after the Indian Army took over the city of Gangtok, a referendum was held that led to the dissolution of the monarchy and Sikkim joining India as its 22nd state.
