[Headphones Recommended] Come along as I shop for my next motorcycle. This is a very SPECIAL First Ride impression. Take a look at the odometer 3,332! I was the rider as this Monster turned over 3,333 miles. In Chinese culture the number three is a lucky number because when pronounced, it sounds like the Chinese word for birth which is always an occasion of celebration, luck, and joy.
The 3333 angel number is very powerful and it holds a sequence of repeating 3’s as well as the master number 33. Number 3 is associated with humor, assistance, spontaneity, inspiration, growth, expression, communication and encouragement. It also represents the Trinity that is, the body, mind, and spirit. Your angels want you to express yourself freely, speak out and let go of the fears that hinder your communication
Seeing the number 3 is thus something that you should rejoice over as it signifies luck and a time of happiness and celebration. Also, they believe that when the number 3 occurs in groups, that is 33, 333, 3333, etc, the higher the number of 3’s in the number sequence, the greater your luck or fortune.
Also check out the duration time of this video! 13:33!!! that was unplanned.
PS - I remember when the Monster 1100 EVO came out in 2011 and I fell in love with the shape and sound of it. I did not know how to ride a bike back then so I lusted after one from afar. As I test new and pre-owned bikes, I had to put the 2011-13 Monster EVO on the shopping list and this pristine example showed up in my search. I contacted the owner, paid the refundable deposit, and drove 3 hours to inspect and test ride. Thanks for coming along with me for part of the journey!

    • I have monster 1100 2009 and gsxr 1000k1. Monster is good but it is not that powerfull if you compare it gsxr. As it is 2 valve air cooled engine it doesn’t make to much power from 6000-8000 rpm. It is linear without a rush in upper range. Doesn’t make sense to rev it, as it doesn’t make any more power in high rpm. But it is definitely cool bike with great sound and charisma. But it is not crazy as those new machines as mt 09, super duke 890……

    • Tons of torque but the party is over by 8k rpm. But all those rpms are full of character.

    • @@MattieXMoto Yeah I know that engine very well as I have same machine. Party is over even sooner it doesn't make sense to rev it higher than 6000-7000 rpms as there is practically no power increase after 6000 rpm as you can see it clearly in dyno www.google.com/search?q=monster+1100+dyno&sxsrf=ALeKk02M5uhUZ7WzyeF8JfzFG_UMee1mjQ:1623735628529&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=a1HRMk2Pd-2BAM%252C7ywMxgyCgqVszM%252C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kRYsBZ_0oApsytZ-CHU3h4MLL5-BA&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiLt-PK9pjxAhWWG-wKHZf4BckQ9QF6BAgKEAE&biw=1536&bih=754#imgrc=a1HRMk2Pd-2BAM I sometimes miss that upper rpm range punch as I have in gsxr.

    • @@alexanderconti521 It is true for 4 cylinder engine but not for this L twin with 2 valves. You don’t need to rev it till 8000 rpms

    • Hi Alexandr. It's more a personal taste thing for me. I always wanted this gen monster. Love the 2009+ too, i just wanted abs. A lot of intangibles that I prefer over the MT09 SP. The mt09 is very very nice. I am going to bet its prob the better bike. I test rode two weekends ago and the new motor is so smooth that its surgical. The MT is prob also super reliable. If i needed a bike that was an everyday ride, i would prob get the MT. But this is a weekend pleasure machine so i had to get the 1100 EVO. It makes the rider feel emotions. Vs the mt09 which a a cold calculated device. Thanks for the comment! Here are the specs of both 2021 MT-09 117.4hp @10k 68.6 lb-ft at 7k 417 lbs wet 3.7 gal 2013 Monster 1100 EVO Air cooled 100hp @7500 76 ft lb @6000 414lbs wet 3.4 gal Single side swing arm Wet clutch

    • @@MattieXMoto Yeah I was thinking the same. More horsepower doesn't always mean more fun. Monster is full of character, maybe not the fastest but still plenty for road. Here is mine monster kzhead.info/sun/f7qIgrZsi2ihhKc/bejne.html And here is mine gsxr kzhead.info/sun/mqyKfq95rKSQep8/bejne.html review is unfortunately in Russian but I would also make soon English version of Monster and GSXR. First gen og GSX-R - is also very cool bike. It is regular inline 4 but very raw and with character and not so clinical as new superbikes
