  • Switch from Winners' ball to losers' ball.. the games will be much more interesting, and we won't see games ending with 22-0. All the games will be so close and more fun!

    • to be real, this simulation is stupid anyway. None of those teams would beat Wilt Chamberlain in a game to 21 playing winners ball out.

    • @@alexanderlewis5330 In the 1962 season Wilt scored 48 pts or more on Bill Russell and the Celtics 8 times (62 pts max). Those Celtics had 7 HoF players and Bill Russell is argueable the greatest defender of all times. Bums? From 1973-2019 players were measured with shoes, Wilt and his competition were measured barefoot. Difference in average height of starting centers 1963 compared to 2021 is less than a half inch. Don't fall for false myths about Wilts competition. If todays players would have to play 60s rules (esp. dribbling and charging fouls), they would look like bums too. Gather step - what a joke. They are travelling all day. Who should stop him scoring? Who should get a rebound? Who wouldn't be blocked at least once? Give me a name. Hardest matchup would be Hakeem because of footwork, but Wilt would still overpower him once he has the ball. That's what I meant when I said winners ball out nobody beats Wilt Norman Chamberlain. Prime Wilt was 7'1" barefoot, 290 lbs, 7'8" wingspan, at least 40" vert, 40 yards in 4.6, benchpressing 500 lbs and stamina to play 48 min (45.8 mpg for career) full throttle on higher pace than today. Embiid averaged 33 ppg last season playing 34 min per game. Wilt was superior to Embiid in any physical aspect. What's next? Wilt wouldn't be able to adapt todays game? That man invented the fallback jumper aka fadeaway jumpshot and played PG as a Globetrotter. He is the only center ever leading the league in assists (1967, season and playoffs). Please. Wilt would do whatever he decided to do on both ends of the court in any era. A born 2000 Wilt Chamberlain would expose todays weak a$$ league.

    • @@spaltersarAt some point in 1v1 or 2v2 games, especially in this format with a shot clock, someone has to make a contested jumper from range. You're telling me with a straight face you trust Jerry over Kobe in that situation? And that's before we even address the fact that Wilt got bodied repeatedly by 6'9" Bill Russell. Prime Shaq would have Wilt reconsidering basketball altogether.

      @naterosendahl9071@naterosendahl90714 ай бұрын
    • @@naterosendahl9071 You don't understand, I guess. Jerry wouldn't have to make a shot. Nobody would be able to stop Wilts low post turnaround fallback jumper bankshot (aka fadeaway). He literally invented that shot. It was his good to go shot, and ~60% of his attempts came from that shot. If you don't know it, watch Dirk - he copied it 1:1 but Wilt was 7'1" barefoot (Dirk 7'0" with shoes) and had a much higher vert. Russell never bodied Wilt. Are you drunk? The Celtics dominated Wilts teams while Wilt dominated Bill. In the 1962 season Wilt scored 48 or more (62 max) on Bill 5 times. Those 1962 Celtics had 7 HoF players in their roster btw. He also grabbed 55 rebounds (NBA record) vs Bill in a single game w/o overtime (1967). Please. Prime Wilt would toss around Shaq like a ragdoll. Leaning in and bulldozering the way to the rim vs Wilt? Good Luck! Shaq would be so helpless. Do you know the video both shaking hands? Watch it! Shaq would grab less than 30% of rebounds vs Wilt. Wilt also is the argueable greatest shot blocker aka rim protector of all times. He blocked Kareems skyhook twice in the same play. Wilt was measured barefoot, Shaq was measured with shoes. From 1973-2019 players were measured with shoes. Dwight Howard for example lost 2 inches in 2019. Wilt was taller, faster, stronger, had higher vert, higher wingspan, higher stamina and the bigger frame. Only advantage Shaq had was weight. You may know much about Shaq, but it seems you know little about Wilt.
