  • I love the struggle on the vocal warmups. I keep telling my kids, vocal exercises are supposed to be tricky so that when you sing it's easy... I also tell them "Give me the ugly so you can give them the beautiful"... I will keep this video and show my students... YOU ARE FANTASTIC AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

  • I don't know how Cheryl ended up in my KZhead feed, but I'm so glad she did. I LOVE HER! Having so much fun watching her vocal coaching and the progress her students make. Back when I was taking lessons, I did like my coach but if I'd had someone like Cheryl maybe I could really sing instead of just carry a tune well enough to be in bar bands 😂

    • Wow, found myself cheering for this kid as he progressed. Loved how he improved right in front of us. Just discovered her 10 minutes ago, this is the 2nd video of Mrs. Porter's I've watched today, and apart from her being a natural at bringing out the best in her students, she has a really great quality of student. This young man, and the Spanish young lady on the other video...both very humble and willing to take direction. Nice!

  • I love Micheal Jackson and when someone sing his song I listen to how they sing . Cause MICHAEL Jackson is my number one singer. He sounds good he hitting the right NOTE. I love music and I listen to music alot . And I listen if they can hit that high note . And how that person sing . If they can't hit that high NOTE or that low note. I enjoy this video I don't have tic toc app

The best part is when you give your uplifting feedback to your students that carries love and pure genuine caring. Not many were born to teach like masters.   • He is so good. She gets so involved with each student. I love that she makes each lesson for that student. I wish that she could work with me, my throat was damaged by a surgery so I need to start from the beginning to retrain my voice.
