Ingredients:
Strawberries
Grapes
Tangerine
120 ml water
200 grams granulated sugar
Instructions:
1-Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and grapes. Peel the tangerine.Insert the sticks and set aside
2-Combine sugar and water in a heavy-bottomed saucepan medium low heat
3- Bring it to a boil and cook the mixture until a candy thermometer reaches 300ºF (the hard crack stage) If you don’t have a thermometer wait until syrup starts to turn light amber in color. Do the water test (drop a small spoonful of syrup into the cold water. Syrup will form brittle threads and easily cracks and snaps)
4- Remove the candy mixture from the heat and dip the fruits into the mixture, swirling to coat them thoroughly.
5-Transfer the coated fruits to the cookie sheet and allow them to cool until the candy has fully hardened.

i put it in ice cold water and it hardened fully in like 5mins

Until the temperature of the syrup is 300 or until the syrup color is light amber
No after putting it in the sugar syrup pour it in ice water then enjoyy itt 🎉🎉 This is very important step while making TANGHULU

How do I keep the syrup still hot but at the same time don't burn it...I made 10 sticks successfully, but then the sugar got burnt....I'm trying to make like 20 ish tanghulu sticks

I always fail with making this.. first time i made it i didn't realize hot sugar would burn through a cupcake wrapper i put my treats on that was a disaster. second time worked pretty well but i had nothing but marshmallows to use. didn't taste amazing and the third time i put the semi- cooled treats on a rag to dry it stuck to the rag and had peacies of cotton on them. LOL

Don't stir the syrup.. it will get crystallised.. keep the fire on low medium heat but don't stir until it thickens

It didn’t work :( mine just became a transparent, liquid and didn’t even harden when I put it on the fruit
