Bank Robbery Pursuit
Kenosha Police Department responded to a robbery at North Shore Bank, 6906 Green Bay Road at 9:27 a.m on May 2, 2015. The suspect, Efrem Z. Coleman, of Racine, fled the scene in his silver Chrysler 300 and led officers on a 10 1/2-mile, high-speed chase through Kenosha and Racine.
That is one skilled officer! Calling out street names and directions, number plates, even short description of driver... All while it went pretty fast!
He is very skilled but the dumbass secondary unit behind him was supposed to call the 20's (Street names and directions) He was supposed to say secondary taking over 20's but whatever
.. and my wife says men can't multi task .. lol
Yep. and all for nothing as ? I GOT HIM meant absolutely nothing when the cop DELIBERATELY stopped - too far in front at 1:37 to EVER effect a zero chance of a drive-away.? Got nothing is all that meant - as Oh gee - left a mile wide hole for the getaway driver to flee through..
And all while driving a fucking truck. Top kek.
This guy called it correctly yes but he was absolutely way too over excited. Can’t be yelling into the radio like that in a vehicle pursuit. It’s embarrassing how hyped up he got
Hot damn, Officer Michael Madsen doing the chase all by himself for most of the time, calling the streets and crossings while going 100+ and still gets there in the end! He's a one-man police force.
William Dukane , bad luck for these miscreants,!
You mean the cop in the performance car with lights and everything manages to barely keep up with a daily beater lmao if that impresses you I'm sure everything impresses you lmao
@@urabitch9218 Most police cars are somewhat upgraded versions of ordinary cars but are not really "performance" cars. Even during chases, police have rules of engagement and have to avoid running into civilians, whereas a reckless suspect can do whatever the hell they want. So yes, it is impressive that the police officer can maintain the chase within those rules and also, as I said, continue calling out the streets and crossings - which the suspect of course does not have to do.
@Darick Barnett Give mom her laptop back and go to bed. You've had enough internet.
Urab Itch Yes. A two and a half ton Ford Explorer with an eco boost V6 is a “performance car”. Mmhm. Yup. Totally. Ssuuurrreeee.
He tried to blend in with traffic like I do on gta 5 lol
Lmfao Leon,I punch the police and punch a pedestrian, both follow ready to fight.I let the police get close enough to hit me with the stick. When he miss he ends up hitting the pedestrian, now it's computer vs computer fighting.
Yep, everything is a silly video game nowadays lol.
"Can I get another f%ckin squad car!".. I mean' can I get some squad cars here please! 😝😄😝
Considering the weight and the height of the Tahoe, I believe the cop is a natural F1 driver.
Chrysler 300-- the hoods bently
@Murat Yolcu How do you believe he has an Enzo ;
Dizzy Hashimero , you’ve done well, can’t spell for shit ,but still got an Enzo.
Yeah

🤣😂😇Nice. And it’s holding the rd well. . Love those motors.
Officer Madsen you are one brave man. If I am ever in trouble I can only hope that someone like you is there. Thank you for your service and dedication to serving our great nation. Greetings from Atlantic City New Jersey USA
I agreed with you.
Brave for risking peoples lives over insured money?

I didn't know Michael Madsen works as a police officer chasing bad guys when he's not doing movies. Now I see why he gets all the badass roles...

This was the most wild pursuit I saw.. because this cop was alone for so long. but he kept after him! GREAT JOB!
Damn, Officer Madsen pushing that SUV to the limit and the engine is responding beautifully.
Man, that Tahoe was hauling ass. Good driving sir!
+csknives1985 sometime earlier in the video, the camera switched to another cop car, only for a couple seconds, and you could see that the original one was a Tahoe
+csknives2140 The rear end tells all, has brass/gold ish colored Chevrolet emblem, and the vehicle's name on the rear, this officer's vehicle was a 2008+ Chevrolet Tahoe Police Interceptor, it is beefier than those of Civilian ones, more torque, horsepower, and waaay better suspension, but it looks stock to fool people. :P hope that helped you understand :)
+Jaeger Brunswick it has a 320 hp 5.3L vortec engine. it's nothing special in that department. common misconception that police cars are fast or have more power etc. you can look em on on the GM, Dodge, and Ford websites for all the specs. generally speaking they are slower than a civilian model because of all the weight added by the electronics, cage, etc etc.
BA_300_AAC No actually, they are faster than civilian ones, so they can keep up and catch them, Sorry to tell you bud, but you're wrong here. :/
+Jaeger Brunswick lol. apparently the GM website, Ford Website, and Dodge website are wrong too huh? It's listed on their website. The Tahoe PPV. 5.3L V8. exact same engine configuration as the civilian model. GMfleet.com/specialityvehicles this myth of fast hopped up police cars never seems to go away. They weigh more than a civilian model with all the police equipment/structural bracing and have the exact same engine. Ford also offers a ecoboost Taurus with, you guessed it, the same 3.5L ecoboost V6 as the civilian SHO. 365 HP for both.
Everytime I watch Police chases I'm always yelling at the people that don't move over for the sirens. If I was a Cop I'd be losing my shit over it.
+Bud Trollman Think about how quiet some cars can be inside. Then, add in the fact that most people don't look in their rearview mirrors. It all adds up to bad situations waiting to happen.
Carl Bruschnig, Jr Maybe I drive shitty cars, lol
+Bud Trollman It's punisheable by up to 6 MONTHS IN JAIL here ... or 10,000$... max fines
Phil Roy nice !
+Bud Trollman I've had police cars come up upon me so fast that I didn't have sufficient reaction time to move over.
Bruh someone from the neighborhood saw all those cops and went back inside 😂😂💀
The officer needs a 1970 Plymouth Fury 440 Magnum with an Interceptor transmission for his cruiser.
Whats an interceptor Transmission?
Ed Derbubba really he kept on his ass just fine even while showing regard to public safety in an SUV, the POS doesn't have to abide to that.
@Thomas Turner Yes ! An A10 Warthog would have made Swiss cheese out of that Chrysler 300....Give it a few seconds of BBBRRRRRRRR!
The only transmission offered for that car was a 727 torqueflite unless it was a two-door it could have possibly had a 833 4 Speed
@@brantleymyers884; Maryland State Police 4 door 440 cruisers had Interceptor transmissions. How do I know, my Dad and Uncle were both Maryland State Troopers. Not all the Plymouths in the fleet had them. Just some officers and most of the Interstate Troopers. I've seen and heard them chirp rubber going into 2nd gear and into 3rd. I've also seen the window sticker on a new cruiser with the words "Interceptor Transmission" on the options list. An obvious law enforcement option from Chrysler/Plymouth.
Officer Madsen should get a promotion and a raise!!
TheZombaslaya Small world :P
MrHeyfuckoff Even smaller for me, this town this chase happened in, I live like 30 minutes from. And at 4:15, they make a left turn, right at that corner there's a mexican restaurant I really like.
He really knows his streets well. Nice job officer!
Never saw a 100mph chase through city streets. That was exhilarating. Great job Officer Madsen and thank God no one was hurt. I love it when a plan comes through :D
HighwayStuff the burglars were hurt
Nathan live gamer yeah they hurt the rest of their lives for running from the law
Great job until someone gets killed.
It wasn't 100mph in the city streets. It was 85 average....never saw it go over 100 until they were out of the city into the country.
Later Officer Madsen went home and continued to beat his wife.
5:28 he hits 88 mph ... I was almost expecting him to go through time and run into scarecrows and stuff.
Well constructed reference
Lolol
One point twenty one gigawatts!?!
If he only had a flux capacitor lol

Dang, after all that time, we didn't get to see the actual take down! I wanted to see the perp.
@Kevin n You mean that you're a racist? Yeah, we figured that out.
Waaaahhh he said a persons skin color. Cancel him tom. Go get em.
@@tomcorey9833 It's ok to be a racist.
I am appalled by the number of people who fail to yield.
Yeah, that's so shitty
Xpnential999999 I HOPE THAT THE MOTHERFUCKERS THAT DID NOT YIELD DIE IN THE BACK OF AND AMBULANCE...
Xpnential999999 It may seem as though they are failing to yield, but the reality of it is that in most of this video, he was out running his siren. Sirens travel at the speed of 55mph. So most people never had a chance to react to the siren until it passed them. It's very common and police officers are trained to know that fact.
+boxer4u2nv The sound from a siren doesn't travel at the speed of sound? Amazing! Please tell me how the American police force manipulated the laws of physics for their sirens.
How fast does the speed of sound travel?
Officer Madsen, as a former police officer - you did one helluva job keeping on this guy's ass = and letting everybody know your location. Great police work and driving.l
You saying, 'Helluva' doesn't make you seem a real police officer. Sadly.
He ain't paid enough
He did okay, but i could sense policy interfering with his pursuit.
So you were a cop and you think screaming into the mic like this is acceptable?? Big negative.
Rodrick Evans my feeling aren’t hurt dummy. Lol come to my shift screaming into the mic like that. I will make you cancel that pursuit immediately.

right for a heavy, big, slow, and dead to the world handling it kept up pretty nice
Basically contradicted what you said lol
all it is, is a basic tahoe no fancy accessories like the civilian versions and they beef up the suspension and transmission same engine same speed same weight nothing special about it its a basic fleet vehicle
Yeah but still same speed same engine as a regular tahoe even a 2001 chevy tahoe has the same size engine so there's hardly a difference
May be the same but one is upgraded a lot more
The way hes drivin, they should call him " Mad Mike"
Not once has it ever bothered me when a bank gets robbed...after all, they rob and steal every day.
They steal legally.
Thanks for adding the driving data at the end. It was also nice to see the mph displayed inside the cop's car. I am a fan of police pursuits, and often use google earth follow the route and calculate speeds.
Maybe someone can answer this for me but For supervisors to ask 'Whats your speeds' and 'hows traffic' along with reporting every turn they make is a pretty huge distraction while chasing at 100 mph.... Im a manager for a large electrical contractor, we have a fleet of 40-50 vehicles and I can instantly see on my CPU or iPhone in REAL time where everyones at, how fast their going, current traffic, how long they've been idling.... It reports all wreck-less driving and I can hone in on a specific unit number and track them live.... Why don't all police have a screen in their squads that allows them to do the same?? Supervisors could see real time speed as well as live traffic to make decisions on when to terminate a chase and other squads can click on a specific squad to 'map to their location'. Maybe some have something like this but IDK it seems like most have to report turn for turn and give updates on speed and traffic conditions when they could be focusing more on driving?
+D.J. Partin Accountability. If they have something that shows the movements of every police vehicle and their speeds, locations, etc. fabricating stories can become much more difficult. Also, cases of abuse (i.e. speeding recklessly for no reason) would also gain attention of dispatch.
+D.J. Partin I admit my ignorance in regards to high tech stuff but could you tell us how can you keep track of everybody? What kind of technology or software do you use?
Early in the chase I was thinking it maybe best to shut it down. At those speeds and the possibility of innocent death was too high. It's very possible command was contemplating this thought - hence the questions. What I do not understand... I'm not knowledgable in this so excuse my ignorance... could Onstar have shut that car down? I'm aware there would people up in arms over this thought but dang, that could be your loved one taken out by this fool.
+D.J. Partin It's to address two serious real-time issues during a pursuit: Communications update over the air for direction being traveled (and anticipated location of the primary pursuing unit by responding units) to avoid the likelihood of a collision between responders and the primary (it happens more often than one would imagine); and it is a conscientious, self-evaluation for the pursuer to force themselves to constantly evaluate their own pursuit tactics, i.e. over-driving. The vast majority of the States have Vehicle Code laws that require law enforcement to drive in a manner (especially during a pursuit) that is consistent with a reasonable duty of care. This is a form of administrative restraint by supervisors to keep the pursuer's mindset on track. It is incredibly easy to fall into tunnel-vision during a high speed pursuit, but being forced to monitor and relay your own direction and speed is a way of keeping one's mind on track. (Doesn't always work, but we're talking about humans here... )
Cool sooo you spy all day long is that what your talking about ?
Dude, Racine is where I go cliff diving it’s usually so peacefully there.
Didn’t know that Michael Madsen was moonlighting as a cop, just like Steven Seagal.
You just gonna bark little doggie? Or do you bite?
lol..Was just thinking the same thing' maybe the guy he was chasing thought he was in a movie Shoot!' 😝
So..we can have brand new squad cars/trucks...and still have the worst cameras ever
Joeger - You do understand that these cameras are rolling 24/7 any higer resolution and storing the footage would be impossible!
Ante I that's why they can run for a couple of hours and if nothing 'noteworthy' happens, it records over itself?
Ante I They could have a switch on the camera to roll in high resolution during siren/light operation.
@peetre, the cameras only roll when the lights are on.
Stephen B so high quality imagery shouldnt be a huge problem. This went so long it could be an entire half hour "Cops" show!
Great editing. I really like the multi dash cam view.
@9:28 "Any Mount Pleasant Police cars with you?" "I don't see anybody here!" LOL!
This officer's navigation callouts are impressive, considering he’s driving over 90+ miles with one hand and radio in the other.
I live in Kenosha and heard the chase on my scanner. Great police work but that is normal for the Kenosha and surrounding police departments. Very proud of our police and fire departments, they are top notch and take a backseat to no one. Good work!!!!!
gunvald833 He should have robbed a bank in northern IL instead. All he's got to do is drive recklessly, blow a few stop lights, and go over 100mph and they just turn off the lights and let them go. The crooks are onto it, too.

The SUV has a faster 0 to 60 mph pick up, but on the straight-a-way the Chrysler 300 could flat out run him on top end as we saw starting at 7:00 minute mark.
Nope. The 300 always out accelerates a heavier less powerful vehicle.
The SUV is a brick in the wind .
@@johnworrall3646 to be fair, a Chrysler is just a brick closer to the ground. 😂😂
Definitely those hemis really take the lead
With this guy running out at 50-60 MPH and at times in excess of 110 MPH, I don't think the people around him had much time to respond to correctly yield the way we would like to see. Great job by this officer of keeping control and communicating. But, yes, it could have gone way bad at any time.
Steve Rosenberg Yeah, probably out-running the siren at that speed; only giving folks a second or two to respond. Too fast for the average civilian.
+Steve Rosenberg that is where police and criminals are different the cops did a good job communicating
+Scott South you ever heard how loud those sirens are? the DPS here in AZ have thumpers which shake the ground.. (or ramblers ) one of those too.
+Scott South People usually see the lights long before they hear the sirens
+Steve Rosenberg All the sound-deadening things they've added to cars to make them nice and quiet blocks a lot of noise. Then add everyone cranking their radios, texting, not scanning their mirrors frequently... I see so many people that won't move over for cops/firemen, and most of the time they just don't know there's an emergency vehicle behind them. Plus, if you're in traffic going 30-35 and someone comes up on you at 60, they come up on you FAST. And frankly, it seems to me the sirens aren't as loud as they used to be. +NATER8o8 is right, I catch the flicker of an LED strobe way behind me in my rearview long before they get anywhere near me.
To those who think the cops were reckless, the cops have no choice. They need to break the speed limit if they want to catch this guy. It's better to have the cops as close to the suspect vehicle as possible so that other people can get out of the way, rather than just having the cops fall behind and risk the suspect killing someone since no sirens can be heard.
only in america mr police lambo lol
FastCarsNoRules220 American police procedures are decades behind as well as there technology. From A Country with the most modernized and best resulting policing policies this along with majority of pursuits i watch in America is Dangerous, Inefficient, Visable poor training/procedures (there are countless more tactical approaches too handling this type of incident. Driving around like its the 1960's in out of date police cars and skills is shocking.
Look up Australian Police (Vic)..saves having to type 10000 words lol. cheers
Lol American cops are laughable. It's like watching a bunch of toddlers run amok trying to catch a mouse. Seriously, why do you folks defend this chaos? It's silly.
I don’t necessarily agree with that. They’re driving through neighborhoods at speeds 60mph and up. What happens when some little kids run out in the street? They’re also blowing through 4 way stop signs. Seeing as this was an armed robbery though I think this was acceptable seeing as it turned out fine, but all it takes is that one time. There’s times when cops need to learn to back off and catch them another time(seeing as they’re criminals this won’t be their last encounter with police). I think it’s very unnecessary the be driving like this when, for instance, a person on a motorcycle runs just because they don’t want a ticket and feel like they can get away. In situations like that you’re putting innocent lives at risk for very little pay off.
We just don't pay our police officers enough!!!
New laws; #1. Mandatory one year in prison for every mile you run. #2. And after seeing the conclusion of the video, anyone convicted of a felony loses their welfare privileges for life. And if unable to pay restitution at the time of sentencing, restitution is to be paid from any future Social Security benefits with accumulated interest of course.
Whatis wrong with you? Seems a bit tough, I don't care what crime they committed if they've paid they're debt to by way of jail time n they've gotta payeven they get out make sure that they can afford the money being tokenfrom them.

For the cops? Yes. Totally unnecessary risk of collateral damage and misappropriation of police resources. If this was any other country, they would have stopped the chase after two blocks, put out an APB, and nabbed the guy in a 7-11 20 minutes later less than ten blocks away. All for warrant on a failure to appear for possession because he had a roach clip on him or some nonsense.
That Tahoe sounds like a beast under full acceleration.
@Black Buick well, the 300 is smaller and lighter...but hanging on his bumper isn't always a necessity, especially if you're at triple-digit speeds.

Driving a Chrysler 300, bet my social security it was a brother.
Lmao love the bro hug at the end
Damn Chrysler 300 got some speed on them 😂
I want to see a new Challenger Hellcat in a high speed chase i'm sure 100 mph would be slow
Broward County has them!
Every county has them. At Dodge dealers.
What does Police officers use for alarm clocks? - a wailing alarm siren? That siren sound cuts through bone ....
I want this cop to deliver my next pizza
Hahaha 🤣
7:50 that Chrysler gone 😂
I see a whole lotta jail time coming for Mr. Efrem Z. Coleman.
*Does anyone know where BOOTLEG IS in Racine? Because I used to work there and this video caught my attention*
Efrem Coleman was sentenced in December of 2015 to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to robbery of a financial institution. The other charges against him were dismissed. Sheesh.
WOW! Cops have to have balls of steel to drive that fast!
The team work involved in this is just amazing. and yet these people don't get paid enough for what they do!
Here's a psa. *FUCKING YIELD WHEN THERE IS AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE* Thank you for coming to my ted talk
He'll think twice before he doesn't use his left blinker again.
Damn Wisconsin sideways stoplights
My boi Michael be whipping that Tahoe :)
He wasnt even yelling into the mic. He just rolled his window down and the other officers could hear him.
I always check my mirrors for lights. Nice thing for me is there have been so many chases recently a person becomes more aware. In a straight highway I can see their lights from several miles away. I look for lights because some don't even use a siren at all.
its kind of hard to pull of to the right when you don't exactly hear the sirens coming at a alraming speed of hundred mph plus! the time you think of pulling over to the right there already five blocks ahead of you.
Above 100mph.... and still only got to 10 1/2 miles.... That is sad....
Those Chrysler 300s are hard to catch ! 😂
Anyone know what that dinging noise is that we can hear every 30 seconds or so?
seat belt alarm?
