2:27 Nice to see my man George Washington enjoying the squash.
Great squash from both players but Gilis's level of focus just never wavered and was solid to the end. Skål!
Outstanding
Abbas's backhand attacking boast is so deceptive, what a wicked shot. You think it's a straight shot until it's not! Gilis's drop shot accuracy though, on both sides, wow. It seems like she doesn't even care whether she telegraphs it or not, such supreme confidence that she can just put it in the nick
This match 🔥🔥🔥
Giles is enjoying her new racquet. She's hit great shots this week.
*Gilis* damn autocorrect
Power of banana pancakes for breakfast, iykyk
I remember reading a comment of someone adamant that if you turn on the ball you can only get a let. But if it is a rule its almost never followed 1:28 for example. Im confused.
She didn't turn on the ball, she was always facing the front wall. The comment was probably talking about facing the back wall and spinning round on the ball.
Gilis never actually turned. In the rules (8.13), the definition of turning requires that the ball goes behind the player. That doesn't happen here. This is the definition from the squash rules: "Turning is the action of the player who strikes, or is in a position to strike, the ball to the right of the body after the ball has passed behind it to the left or vice versa, whether the player physically turns or not."

Good play from both unlike Nouran games always with drama and controversial
