  • I love how easy these things are to modify. One of the cheapest simplest upgrades is the tension spring. For anyone who grabs one and feels like the stick feels too loose, or you want more accuracy with your inputs I would throw a 3-4 lb tension spring in there. It's like $1.50 and takes 5 mins to replace.

  • The PS3-PS4 version also has the cable slot and its a great option if you're into retro consoles, combining it with a brooke adapter allows it to work with every plasytation console, I've tested it. ( for ps1, ps2 and psvita tv the stick has to be on PS3 mode + brooke adapter) and PS5 (PS5 accepts PS4 controllers ).

  • I went with the Titan during the evo sale and added in the gravity KS buttons and gravity (Omron) lever. I really would like if Qanba made their premium sticks using their own parts similar to the Q8 with PS5 support. • I first looked into getting an arcade stick for the first time back when DBFZ was going to launch. The Qanba Drone was actually going to be my first choice because it was like $45 on sale but stupid me didn't realize EVO was going on so all manner of arcade sticks were selling out super fast. My other option I was looking at was the Hori RAP 4 but I ended up getting a Razer Panthera even though at was one of the most premium priced sticks at the time I had a ton of credit at GameStop and ended up paying like $50 out of pocket lol. Thing is built like a tank and super easy to work on. Haven't used it in a while because the buttons finally started behaving wonky and I gotta swap them out but it lasted me the better part of near a decade before doing so. Now I mainly use a little custom keyboard layout board similar to the fightboard MX

Same for the Titan, why there's no plexiglass designed for a $225 arcade stick is just ridiculous for a Drone 2 upgrade. Go for a Hori Fighting Stick Alpha for $200 new or a Nacon Daija for $250. Bold strategy for releasing 3 tiers of questionably priced arcade sticks when many other brands are cutting down to a single model or trying to get into the leverless market.

  • I think Max likes the matte finish.

  • Thanks to Max’s recommendation a long time ago, I ended up going for a Qanba Obsidian Pearl for Street Fighter 6. I went a step further a purchased a custom version from Arcade Shock with the Astro City faceplate and green stick and buttons. Best stick I’ve ever owned! Still suck at Street Fighter though lol

  • I'm on Xbox, but I use American Bat Top. I have a MAS Classic from Scanline City that I haven't finished setting up. For my daily use I use a Street Fighter 15th Anniversary Arcade Stick. I swapped out the Buttons & Stick for Industrias Lorenzo, and I swapped the PCB for a Brook Xbox Fight Board.

  • Max please review the Razer Kitsune! It's a hitbox style stick but with optical switches. People are saying it's quieter than sanwa silent buttons.

    • I wouldn't be surprised if Max isn't a fan of using Hitboxes. That joystick is part of his gaming DNA. All his muscle memory is for using those classic arcade sticks.
