Her voice being "annoying" is not the problem. Change the word annoying to "condescending" and all of a sudden you can't dismiss the argument due to gender or ethnicity. The fact is she communicates in a way that feels like talking-down to anyone who isn't aligned with her viewpoint. In addition, her facial expressions re-enforce this perception. It's easy to dismiss any criticism of these two issues as "attacking women." The fact is whether Harris was male or female, white, black, brown or fill in the blank ethnicity, she comes across as an unrelatable person of authority. The pundit who explained it as her being a prosecutor and communicating as such is accurate.
This might seem reasonable (although I disagree with every claim you make about Kamala Harris) if petty, shallow attacks about appearance/voice/laughing/demeanor/being too serious/not being serious enough/being condescending/being uppity, etc. weren’t made on every single powerful woman.

Comparing Harris' and Kennedy's "voice issues" and coming to the conclusion that gender plays no role is absurd, because Kennedy has an actual physical defect for which he shouldn't be discriminated, but that you can't help but notice regardless of gender, whereas Harris' issue is about a style of speech which is regarded as too "dominant" for what some people are prepared to accept in women, but would find acceptable or even admirable in men - and that's a sexist double standard.

I will tell you what Kamala Harris does, Harris has been a champion for women reproductive rights (you may not be in favour of it, but this issue concerns many American women), she heads the WH Department on gun violence prevention, (a very big deal that will help prevent these mass shootings that occur in America everyday), she went on tours speaking to and inspiring students of HBCU's, (proposing initiatives that will help make HCBU's better and more funded), she's a part of the initiative to end climate change and also cancel student debt (Something that the GOP is in favour of for themselves but is against for students). Kamala Harris, is a part of the global initiative to control the threat of AI, she's an inspiration to many young African American girls who grow up aspiring to be in government.
Regardless of how you feel about Harris, it seems important to keep things in perspective politically. Compared to the GOP's decision to choose DJT as a presidential candidate, Biden's choice of VP is a microscopic event in terms of negative impact on the country.

We - my now wife and I - were pleased with Biden's choice of her as his VP back in 2020 (though I had preferred Susan Rice to Harris). Harris has not been the VP we had hoped for. Given Biden's advanced age, we were thinking he was going to concentrate on the domestic issues (and of course the international issues when necessary), while Harris would be tasked with smoothing out relations with our allies, and being readied for a run for POTUS in 2024.... However, as we now know, Harris is not particularly popular, and nor has she shown herself competent for a 2nd term as VP. Sticking with her could very well cost him _countless_ votes though this constellation is _still_ preferable to a trump/? constellation.
