I still have my 11 pro max w/ 256gb. As pretty as the newer phones are, I come to realized that this phone does everything I need it to. Yes the dynamic island is cool, but how much faster is a quick downward swipe from the top right corner. The average user can rarely even tell the difference of the camera let alone speeds. Although the 120HZ display is great, I don’t think that’s enough to convince me to switch just yet. As for the battery I’m at 74% & it still gives me an avg of 10hrs of screen on time & I’ve barely reached 128gb on the storage. In short, the new iPhones are great, but their small difference in features isn’t enough to convince me. & let’s be real lol, I’m sure even those with the newest & best features rarely use them.

@Fahad Jam Apple says good battery health is from 80% and above. They recommend changing it when it is under 80% (Also, your phone will tell you when the battery requires maintenance when under 80%). So if you don't feel battery life is a problem for you then start saving some money and change it when it reaches 79% . Hope this information helps you. Peace!

Still using after 3.5 years, batt health at 82% still can use it for a day even on mobile data, my brother has the 13 pro max, still can't see a reason to upgrade since they are almost the same in performance. 11 pro max until it's unsupported.
i still keep my 11 pm and use it even got new one.. don't have a heart to sell it because i got mine since 2019. and still love the camera. don't care 5G much for now.

I've been using iPhones going all the way back to the iPhone 3GS. For the longest time it seemed like the hardware was trying to keep up with the software on most iPhones. It was around 2017 with the iPhone 8 and iPhone X that the hardware seemed to finally surpass the software. I had an iPhone 8 Plus from late 2017 until early 2020 and it really was the first iPhone I owned that never seemed to slow down or get bogged down with a new iOS update. I upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro Max in early 2020 and am still using it to this day. I'm considering upgrading to a 14 Pro Max, but since my 11 Pro Max is still working just as fast as it did back in 2020, I'm thinking I should just save my money and wait for the iPhone 15 Pro Max later this year.

Thank you for your video!👍 I really like it! I bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB in midnight green just when it came out and have used it since then. I just love it and I do not want to give it away. The midnight green glass looks still awesome. The round form factor feels great in my hand. Even though the cameras in the newer iPhones are better in general, especially in low light, I still take fantastic photos with my 11 Pro Max. And what I really like is that the photos of the 11 Pro Max are not oversharpened like in the newer iPhones. So for me, I don't want to swap it with the iPhone 15 Pro Max even though that tele lens looks tempting. But my iPhone 11 Pro Max is like an old car that you are still in love with and just don't want to give away 😃 Thanks again for your amazing video! 👍

Picked up a Gold one for $250 from a pawn shop, and yes, it was MINT CONDITION!!! I love it... The only thing I don't care for is it's only 4G. I wish it was 5G. I'm in an area that has lots of 5G coverage!!! I have an 8th Gen iPad and I plan to get the Air pad with the M1 chip!!! I don't know, did Airpad get M2 chip yet, I'll hafta check???

Awesome video! I bought my 512 GB 11 Pro Max in matte space gray new in the fall of 2019. My Iphone is at 91% battery health compared to when it was new, the battery life still lasts me a whole day of moderate use, still able to charge it to 100%, dropped it several times and no damages, used only 47 out of 512 GB of storage, took it overseas to a different country several times, and still going strong. I'll wait another 2-3 years before upgrading to a new IPhone. The 11 pro max is one of the best Iphones that Apple has made. Thanks for sharing brother! 👍

I went from the 12 Pro Max to the 15 Pro Max, and the main reason for the switch was that I accidentally cracked the camera lens on my 12 Pro Max. My network provider had a good deal for upgrading to the new phone, so I took it. But here's the thing I've realized - these new phones are so darn powerful that you can easily rock them for a solid 5 to 6 years without any issues. The speed difference between the 12 Pro and the 15 Pro is barely noticeable in day-to-day stuff like opening apps. As for that 120Hz refresh rate, people tend to make a big fuss about it, but in my opinion, it's kind of overrated. Don't get too caught up in all those KZheadrs raving about it. It's really not a game-changer. You'd have to have both phones side by side to even notice the higher display refresh rate, and honestly, it doesn't matter whether you're on Android or iOS. My advice: If your current phone is still working well and doing what you need, don't rush to upgrade and make these companies even richer. Just keep rocking what you have until it's time for a real upgrade.
I also had the 12 pro max (Pacific blue) 256GB on launch and owned that phone for 2.5 years until I cracked the back. Got the 14PM 256GB in black and honestly….I miss my 12PM because there isn’t any different between the two phones. AOD & 120hz is overrated.
lI love this phone. I bought it used a four years ago and someone stole it. I replaced it with a second in immaculate condition and am planing to buy a third to be able to track this one if lost or stolen. Love the midnight green with the flat camera lenses, battery life and stainless steel body. In my opinion, this is apples best. Prior to it, my favs were the 1st generation SE and the 6 S plus. You only needed one hand for the SE, due the perfect fit. Now they've gone back to the boxed square on the newer iphones. This 11 pro Max in midnight green is going to be a iPhone classic. It just has that money look to it. I will have to get another 256 or 512 before they finally vanish. Great review, you hit the head on the nail.
Thank for the review, I decided to move from android to Apple and I got a pretty good deal on an used 11 pro max 256gb with 87% battery life, $400.00 and a very good condition, no scratches at all, with a screen protector and unlocked for any carrier. I do recommend this iPhone to anyone that wants to move to apple.

I have the iPhone 15 pro right now but I still tend to gravitate back to my 11 pro max. It still has really good battery life and I also have the 512 gb version. I love that phone! Still takes amazing photo too. 🙂

This is the Very Ultimate Best iPhone I ever owned until I lost it in 2023 Summer 😢. I immediately ran to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and was disappointed because it wasn’t as accurate with my gaming. 14 pro max just don’t fit in my hands. Sold my iPhone 13 and went back to my 11 Pro Max. The 13 was horrible. I didn't like the feel of the square edges, the RAM management sucked, as did trying to do anything when out and about on LTE, it was just an awful experience. I personally prefer the rounded edges & I've never had any issues with software with the 11 Pro Max. Actually, I really prefer the XS Max. I think the vertical camera set up is better looking and I really miss 3D touch.

I went from 11 Pro to the 13 Pro, the latter has a better camera and battery but the 11 Pro is still really good in those areas BUT the 13 Pro is not as comfortable to hold as the 11 Pro imo And yes, 60hz is still great on iPhones, 120 hz was much needed on Androids I’ve also turned off 5G

Nice video I definitely think using older phones makes sense. Although I'm not sure when you say "Apple has the best 60 Hz refresh rate phones." Pretty sure they were using LG and Samsung displays tech on this device, so I think it would be identical tech to those being used on Android phones at the time. I'm going to do some research and figure out where Apple was getting their displays for that phone, but I don't think they've ever made their own display tech.

Great review but don’t be fooled by the 11 Pro Max. I had to upgrade. Now I have the 14 Pro Max and life is good. I drive around all day and the MagSafe mount is incredible for jumping in and out all day. The Face ID works sideways for when I’m driving. The always on makes seeing the time better. When I’m playing music the dynamic island gets bigger and shows directions. The 14 Pro Max screen is way brighter in the sun especially after it dims from getting too hot. I’m also connected to hotspot while GPS’ing and making phone calls. When I get home it’s Diablo immortal for about 2 hours. The iPhone 11 Pro Max would stutter over heat and dim super dark. The iPhone 12 was the same issue. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is a beast no issues at all. For average users sure. You will get by with the 11 Pro Max but if your a power user get the 13 Pro Max or 14 Pro Max if you can swing it
Agree. Apple put just few upgrades each version, but if you jump 3 versions you can feel a real general upgrade.
Brought 1 refurbished for $500 256 gigs. Only thing I don’t like is the screen was replaced with an lcd. So I gotta go to Apple to get the original screen back which means more money spent? Dammit!

I bought the iPhone 11 product red . Following year the 12 came out and had those horrible square edges so I bought an 11 pro max . I still use both phones daily . I’m hoping the rumors about the 15 ultra are true with the rounded edges. If not I’m actually considering buying a 11 pro because….why not ?

My phone is exactly the same as yours what a fantastic phone I’m at 85 percent battery health I charge every second day and yes I love the midnight green colour I also paid around the same as you for the perfect condition it is in , what a beautiful phone. I’m not upgrading till Apple gets rid of that silly gimmick dynamic island pleeeeesse I can’t stand it when everything goes under the display and we have a completely fresh screen look that may be the time to upgrade!

I'm sorry, but I really think the refresh rate thing is WAY overrated. I've used 60Hz, 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rate phones and the difference is so minimal. It's way over hyped as a "feature".

I have hated every iPhone I've had since the 11 Pro Max. I hate the square design. I hate the thickness, the heaviness, all of it. I'm about to sell my 14 Pro Max and get another 11 Pro Max. I really wish iPhone made thinner phones. I keep wanting a Samsung or Pixel just because of the shape and weight of the phones they have is so much nicer to hold and lighter weight.

I will NEVER sell my 11 Pro Max in the gorgeous Midnight Green.😊 I also use the 13 Pro Max interchangeably with it. I love the easy-to-use Apple iPhones!
