@@January1983_1 america is very loose with the term wagyu, wagyu just means japanese cattle and they can realistically call any quality of meat wagyu as long as its from a cow that shares even as little as 1% of the genetics of a japanese cow (F1 classification is anywhere from 1-50%) They are for sure not using full blooded cattle and in cases where higher grades of wagyu have been turned into ground beef people notice the difference and hail it as superior taste wise, you can find examples of real wagyu burgers all over youtube.

@@January1983_1 america is very loose with the term wagyu, wagyu just means japanese cattle and they can realistically call any quality of meat wagyu as long as its from a cow that shares even as little as 1% of the genetics of a japanese cow (F1 classification is anywhere from 1-50%) They are for sure not using full blooded cattle and in cases where higher grades of wagyu have been turned into ground beef people notice the difference and hail it as superior taste wise, you can find examples of real wagyu burgers all over youtube.

Dairy queen is delicious. There's 2 in the TX panhandle that I've stopped at. Both are northeast of Amarillo. At 1, I use to get a dipped cone there and the other I use to get a patty melt.
