    • ABSOLUTELY!!!! PCS are sooo low, why mao receives 65 and higher with much lower ss and transitions and etc. I love Mao, but jia must receive more than 66-67 in pcs

  • Jia, wonderful as always! 🥰🎉🎉 I would only argue that she was underscored in PCS. A clean, artistic skate like that, with only 61 pcs to go with? Hopefully she's given the pcs she deserves in future competitions.

  • this program can't be performed by junior skaters! Jia is on another level. She has the magical ability for us to feel easy and comfortable while watching her programs. How amazing! But her program actually is not easy. It is filled with so many transitions, powerful and speedy jumps, difficult and elegant moves.... Still she has a high speed with consistency. She is in calm and beautiful mood during her performance. What a genius skater!

  • Such elegance and delicacy through the nuances and details of her movement. The emotion that Jia shows us while skating is subtle yet so genuine and sentimental. This beautiful program and wonderful skating from such a young skater just moved me to tears.

    • Although I know David suits Jia's style, I also want her to try different styles by different choreographer every now and then. Broaden her style and versatility. Can come in handy when she's a senior.

  • 신지아의 연기는 손짓 하나 하나가 예술이다. 점프도 좋지만 그녀의 연기 1초도 놓칠 수 없다. 피겨는 이렇게 해야 돼. 단순히 점프에만 신경쓴다면 서커스와 뭐가 다른가?

    • 점프에만 신경써야만 클린한다는것은 아직 기술적으로 숙련되지 않았다는뜻임 기술적인 부분이 일정수준이상되고 안정되야 연기나 퍼포먼스에 신경쓸 여유가 생기는거. 지금의 지아가 그런 케이스임. 몸 컨디션 최상이고 점프컨시도 어릴때와 다르게 안정되서 여유가 있음. 물론 지아가 표현력에서 타고난 부분도 있겠지만 남들보다 세세한거 하나하나에 더 신경쓸 여유가 있으니 다른 선수와 표현력에서 차이가 많이 나는것 같음

  • She is so fluid going in and out of every jump. No loss of speed at all, except for on the 3-2-2 combo. And that 180 degree split jump!!

  • I'm not able to understand Why her pcs has remained constant for three years. I don't think Jia and Takagi(4th silver pcs 60.94)'s skating skills are the same. Judges should have consistency and conscience.

    • Crazy right? And judges can simply chuck out her Pcs significantly if she makes even one mistake. I don't see this happen to certain skaters coming from big feds. If you know what I mean.

    • It's because she's still a junior. They don't give juniors senior-level scores. When will she be eligible to move up?

    • Juniors cap is 60 - 65 in PCS internationally. They give extra at worlds/GPF their final junior season. After they get more at the senior level.

  • It seems her lutz kinda change edge to inside. But wow her jumps is so flawless, one of the best ina baurer that i ever seen, her body movement to music is so beautiful. Can’t wait to see her in the future

    • Her lutz always has been questionable (mostly a !), but she has gotten better I think. Last season it was more clear that there was something wrong.

    • Isabeau who beat Jia in PCS at junior worlds still isn’t getting those scores regularly as a senior. She gets 64 - 69 max in PCS internationally. They won’t give that to a junior. She’ll be a junior until about 2026. It will be a long time before she sees 70.

  • pcs 아무리생각해도 짜다짜. 경기마다 컨시가 저렇게 좋고 비점프요소도 훌륭한데 점점 오르는맛이 있어야지. 지아가 점프 2번정도 넘어진다 치면 가차없이 깎는다는거잖아ㅎ 심판의 주관적인걸로 판정을 하는 스포츠는 이래서 가치가 떨어짐

  • She doesn't have Ultra-C elements, but Jia has a wonderful quality of triple jumps and skating skills. She's just a complete skater. It was so pleasing to watch her, figure skating should look like this! Also, other skaters were good too. Great job, junior skaters!

  • スケーティングが素晴らしすぎる…😭もっとPCS出していいと思いますが、やはり差別化？という意味では妥当なのでしょうか…例えばトリプルアクセルを飛べる子とそうでない子では評価に差をつける、とか…そういうのは大歓迎かもですが、それにしても渋いかな〜🤔💦それはそうとして、優勝おめでとう御座います🏅✨✨GPFも応援してます😊

    • 61 for 3 years? Judges can push 2 or 3 points higher. It's still reasonable for a seasoned junior with consistent results.

  • If based on "judges" results from 2021 - till now, they're telling us that Jia is actually regressing. Is she slower? Less expressive now as to then? Think.

    • 21 - 22. 시즌 때 보다 지아의 움직임은 훨씬 더 좋아졌고 어려운 점프를 뒤에 배치하고 있어요. 지아는 그 때 보다 더 높은 점수를 받아야 합니다

  • Jia is amazing but I think she really needs an ultra C to compete with Mao and the Russians when they come back in competition. It would be sad to see her out of podium in the coming years just because she doesn't have an ultra C.

    • No she doesn't need ultura C. Because mao can't go next olympic due to her age🥲but jia can. And i don't think russian can jump without doping.

  • She looks pretty but won’t beat Mao unless Mao falls on her jumps. She needs to improve her consistency too because Mao doesn’t fall on any triples other than ultra-c (3A, 4T)
