Hi guys!)
Both for me and for you, this is an unusual release. Since this video contains all our previous videos about how our "Hobbit House" was built
In this video you will see the entire construction of our Dugout) from beginning to end.
How it all began with an overgrown place with bushes. The first shovel of solid soil. The first nail hammered in.
And thanks to my neighbor Mishana, for the help he put into the construction of our Dugout.
And yes, there is still something to add, improve, complete, but the most important thing has already been done.
I am very glad that we managed to finish building the house. Since at the initial stages everything seemed very complicated.
But with your support and the support of My Family, everything worked out for me)
I am sincerely grateful to everyone who is with me) But first of all to my best family. I can say for sure that without the support of my relatives, I would not have been able to carry out my plan)

  • its a great build looks good.I wouldn't call it bushcraft with powertools though. I like how you prevent water intrusion by sculpting the roof with dirt for run off. Nicely done Overall a A+

    • Nah it's totally bushcraft. He got that drill from the power tool orchard. It grows on the Drill ficus tree.

    • yeah I love the video and the guys results/effort but I won't lie, the power tools and use of modern day nails sorta killed a big chunk of it for me, feels like cheating big time.

    • Pretty much every one of these videos relies on machine made and man made tools. Not sure what the difference is between a mass produced saw or a plastic tarp and a drill.... At least he's being honest unlike a lot of these style videos.

    • It's a bit misleading when he uses a hand saw, then claps his hands and cuts to the finished product. Yet there is the bar of a chainsaw visible @ 6:28. This video has all the makings of a KZhead ad revenue generator. He buried untreated logs, used no mortar on the walls. I doubt this shelter was meant to last 2 seasons.

  • All and all a pretty good build. I love the use of tarps under the dirt, over time this will all grow back into nature ground foliage. Alternatively you could have ship lapped your roofing to allow for a natural run off. The smoke stack is absolutely impeccable, you could winter in there with that fire place. You may want to place a crown on there though. I Have just a couple of minor issues and one major one. The minor ones first: 1. When it rains, the connection between the home and the hill will eventually cause run off to enter your home. You can fix this by either adding a trough to catch it before it causes a problem, or you can continue your roofing up and into the hill a few feet. 2. You had access to a type of mortar and didn't use any on your walls or floor? Best solution I can give at this point would be to try and paste the mud mortar and wedge some moss in between the cracks as best you can to try and prevent your walls from settling right to the ground 3. For your bed, you'd be better off placing one flat stone on the ground and using a post to hold up the bed. Those stones are going to shift over time, and one night you are going to get a rude awakening. And for the Major one, the door frame is going to sag and crush under the weight of those stones, and as that is one on your major load points it will cause the whole thing to eventually collapse on it's self. Placing load baring posts on either side of the door frame will prevent this. Non of this was meant as hate, but rather constructive criticism. The build was awesome and it was fun watching you do it. Shelter rating 7.5/10. Good job.

    • Wood shouldn't be placed into earth, especially log ends. They absorb moisture and rot much sooner. Easily avoided by charging the end an inch or so higher than the ground level will be. Alternatively putting them into cement/mortar this seals them too.

  • Стена с естественным проветриванием, и грамотный расчет нагрузки на входную группу из сырых веток с гвоздями, обычно такие конструкции не рассыхаются и под массой камня не заваливают путника решившего погостить.

  • Хороший домик под землёй, немного вентиляции не помешает, печка супер, как вариант из подручных материалов - удачная, только можно добавить ровную площадку для кастрюльки, типо варочной панели, раствора из глины или смеси глины, золы и цемента тоже не помешает между камнями, тогда уверенность будет, что ничего не рухнет и не сползёт и на зимний вариант больше будет похоже, а то обидно такой дворец строить только в летнем варианте

  • Да молодец, диванных строителей не слушай развлекай себя и нас в свое удовольствие. Мне так классно когда ты на костре готовишь. Я сам в октябре каждый день ходил в местный лесной массив постигал высокую кухню.

    • вот диванные то как раз ты и есть, раз критику, да ещё и по делу, воспринимать не можешь. это постройка декоративная и использовать её как жилье - хотя бы для разовой ночевки - небезопасно просто напросто.

  • awesome job, congratulations!!! in my country there were half burried houses, I have read that after they dug the earth, they would burn fire in it for 2 days (fire usually made up of corn stalks, husks & cobs without kernels). this for the soil to dry and set up, sanitize and for a warmer floor.

  • This is really neat. Only thing id add is when doing your posts in the ground, wedge flat stones and pound them into the space in the dirt between the dirt and post. Creates a stronger support. Learned that doing old school fence posts on a farm growing up

    • Same here! I'm interested in building some sort of insulated bushcraft shelter (possibly dug into the ground a bit), that you can fit a tent into!

  • These are the kind of people that try to go on survival shows. It takes MONTHS to build this stuff. All while you get to go home weekly. Nightly, etc. the real survival is having nothing and surviving. I still love everything he did. It’s very inspiring. ❤️

Я видел еще много похожих видео, но ваше - лучшее, что я видел (по крайней мере, они мне нравятся больше всего). С моей стороны, у вас есть открытое приглашение приехать в Сербию, если вы когда-нибудь захотите, и увидеть Стару Планину. Ты будешь моим гостем. У меня есть замечательная группа друзей, которые, как и я, любят и уважают правила естественного образа жизни. Можно спроектировать мастерскую для детей - как сделать домик в лесу? Я впечатлен тем, что такой молодой человек, как вы, знает столько забытых навыков: ручное строительство, обработка камня и дерева, изготовление глины ... Спасибо.

  • Круто конечно, видос прекрасен.... Однако технология постройки реально страдает. Водоотвода вокруг дома нет, камень клал без глиняного раствора, в полу оттоки не сделал. Летом в нем наверняка прекрасно, но зимой это будет морозилка. Сырость земли, передастся камню. Сырой камень хрен прогреешь, пока он не высохнет. А он не высохнет. Да и влажность внутри будет высокая, это не есть полезно. Лучше уж тогда из бревен бы исполнил. И бери сухие стволы, пройдись пропиткой или обожги на крайняк. А так, эта постройка просто для видео, аля декор.

    • За такий коментар вас камiнням закидають . Повнiстю з вами згоден . Для вiдео пiдiйде , для практичного використання повний ноль . Пicля першого дощу повна землянка води iз схилу . Потрiбно зробити ТОЛКОВИЙ водовiдвiд . Замiнити камяну пiдлогу на деревяну . Стiни законопатити мохом . А ще обовязково зробити перемичку над дверима , тому , що ця декоративна рамка iз хмизу не витримае ваги камiння . Це не критика . Людина працювала щиро , це викликае повагу , навик роботи вiдчуваеться . Захоче почути глядачiв то буде добре . Вiдео позитивне .

    • @@romanrostov7839 Тут важно понять, для чего ты это делаешь. Если ради видео, то тогда понятно. Ролик снял и пошел дальше. А если ты планируешь насладится этим результатом еще неоднократно, то надо подумать. Подумать вообще полезно, руки дольше послужат. Я не скажу что я прям строитель от бога или это мое призвание, но даже для меня любителя, тут все очевидно, постройка не комфортная и она не для отдыха живого человека. Это скорее склеп, холодный и не приветливый. Не надо изобретать велосипед. Посмотри как делали предки и делай по такому же принципу, 9 из 10 тебе понравится. Из камня делали замки и стены для обороны. Он вроде не воевать собрался же верно) Ну вот и ответ. И для комфорта человека, всегда должна отсутствовать сырость(если ты не в пустыне конечно) и отвод воды всегда должен учитываться, даже если ты строишь сарай.

    • @@nikfaiter3772 конечно для видео, камни на раствор надо класть, хотя бы вход. Пол деревом зашивать. Оно и понятно, земля не в собственности, неизвестно сколько простоит постройка.
