Why have a QR code on the box and instructions that says will take you to an installation video and there is no video to be found? Its a gaming website that sells chairs and desks!! Next issue: Why are there accessories or whatever it is, under the seat and they cant be retrieved?!! What a pain in the butt to have to figure this out. Waste of money!!! Looks like there are pieces missing as well…Great quality control 👍🏽😡
This is the most uncomfortable chair you break your legs trying to decline it and break your arm to recline thechair by pulling the black ring in the chair.whoever design this chair needs to sit in and have some at a mall and have people survey the chair by sitting in it and go through all the motion. I was excited until it was put together my daughter wanted me to send it back, but it was put together.the man in the picture is making it look easy.

I bought this chair for sleeping in after a four-level neck surgery. When I push the back part back into full recline, it comes back up because I'm not strong enough to hold it back and it doesn't lock into place. Is there a way to loosen the tension so it doesn't pop the top portion of my body back up?

I agree please don’t fit over the armrests. It is very complicated and difficult to put together. I will probably throw in the garbage
