Speaking with the media in Rio, Charles Oliveira said he would offer to be the backup for Michael Chandler and Conor McGregor as he is eager to return to the octagon after his last fight with Arman Tsarukyan. He also says he would entertain a money fight at 170 LBS with champion Leon Edwards in Manchester if the UFC were to offer it to him.

Conor won't fight anyone who doesnt have a belt and can not speak English. If one of these 2 criteria are met then there's a chance, but Do Bronx has neither
