Built in 1960 and formally the Antler Hotel and then Cobb & Co Hotel consisted of 11 motel rooms and hosted the Organic Farmers Market on Sundays for it's last twenty five years before redevelopment due shortly. Site is less than 1km from the Northern Beaches Hospital.
Now the site of the Forest Hotel and a Dan Murphys.

I'm glad you captured this footage John as its now abadoned ready to be bulldozed.. Great keepsake for future generations to watch what the old pub looked like.. Wish there was more videos like this especially of The Old Manly Vale Hotel.
Pleasure Optimus. Wish i had the Dee Why Hotel and Royal Antler Narrabeen too as they were demolished only 12-15 years back.

It's demolished now. New pub opens on the site next month.
